FireTitans BPS Androcrine ride

Im going to attempt to do he same thing this week with a couple other muscle groups. I have it wrote down at work, but I think I only did 10 second pauses between sets, and 30-45 between changing exercises. Its amazing at the simple stuff I still learn on a daily basis.

Keep up the great work! It's a never ending learning game. Just about the time you think, "Hey, I think I got this.", something else comes along that just blows some of what you thought you knew out of the water. Well, unless you're one of those guys (yes, there are some here on AM) that knows everything there is to know about all aspects of the lifting game and are more than willing to make sure everyone knows that you know everything. Lmbo!!!

I promise you, I am NOT that guy. Im learning everyday!! The best part about it is, I have a 15 year old son that Im getting to pass it along to, and getting to watch him grow. But Im loving getting back into it, Im stoked about the changes Ive already seen in my physique and excited to see where I can take this!! Love the support too! Thanks
 
Ok, so todays post is absolutely nothing to brag about, almost nothing to even write about. On shift after a long "family weekend" and planned on knocking the gym into the dirt, but duty calls and it just planets just didnt align.
Supposed to be shoulders and back today. Started off with dumbell presses, and I am happy to say that I was able to rotate all sets to the starting position on my own, so the shoulder is holding up much better. Did 40x20,50x15, 60x12 and 70x8. Moved on to barbell press. Wanted to do it without the smith machine to really check my shoulder stability. Got 135x12,155x10 and 175x6.....got a fricken call on the other side of the district. Wreck on the interstate and it took a while. Came back and the Captain wanted to move on to legs in order to save some time. Started with squats. Got 135x20,225x12,275x10 and 275x8. Just felt like the long break for the previous call took a lot of my mojo. In between sets, I did barbell shrugs. 135x30,225x20,315x10x2. Went to the leg press and knocked out 360x10,405x10 and then put 495 on.... Got a call. Ended up picking a 300lb woman off the floor. That was it, the Captain said he was done, it was getting to late and we still had a ton of work to do. So I got robbed. But tomorrow is a new day and we will be hitting it at 0600 !!
 
I do want to add 1 thing, I am in no way trying to say that the Androcrine failed me today. I was super stoked to get there, and had all the energy in the world to do my workout, but 30-40 minute "breaks" during your session will KILL your motivation! Just thought Id clarify. Still loving my get swolled honey!!

Did you use split grip on that big bitch? Lmao Conventional or sumo stance? Chalk?
 
Lmao that's funny , I was talking yesterday about my experience with that situation when I was on ride times (in EMT classes) I had my whole lunch room at work cracking up

We can definitely make some people laugh. Its good to do it. No one wants to hear the OTHER stories where we can have them crying in the lunchroom!!

Never ended up going past EMT, financially it just made more sense to focus on moving up at my job, so luckily only have some laughs to tell from ride times lol, but even just from those couple times I heard some of those definitely have nothing but respect for everyone in the ems fields you guys are heroes for real
 
Medic is too much responsibility for **** pay. Our country needs to learn wages for all those in Emergency Services is pitiful.

I agree with that whole heartedly! Its amazing the managers at McDonalds are making more than us. I saw an add in the paper a few months ago for a job that paid within $1k of what I make... The position was for a parking deck manager. REALLY?
 
I love my job, but unfortunately my wife is convinced that me being a firefighter/emt is the root to my insensitivity. Somehow she still loves me.

I call it Limited Empathy, you can only allow yourself to feel sorry for these people for so long or you'll go ****ing crazy from the stress.
 
Ok guys, this morning was still compressed, but holy crap it was a burnout!!! Started @0600 even though we had a fire @0130 so we dragged in. But thanks to my new tub of bubble gum White Flood... It didn't take long to get ready. We started with some back. I hammered out a few sets of super wide grip pull-ups for a total of 30. Single arm dumbell rows, 65x15,85x12 and 100x10. 15 second pauses between sets, and moved on to reverse grip barbell rows within 45 seconds. 135x20,225x10,245x6,225x8and 135x20. I was already feeling it. Then we did Romanian Deadlifts. 135x15,225x15,275x10,315x10,225x8 and 135x10x2. On another note, I pushed my Captain to a PR and got him to finish 225x10(huge gain for him). We were running short on time so we went to biceps and knocked out isolation curls..55x10,65x10x2, but we only rested about 10 seconds between sets. We needed to finish up so we could get back and clean before shift swap, so we did standing preacher curls. HOLY CRAP!!! 45lbs for a set of 100, as fast I could accomplish it! Wow, talking about burning them out. I was sweating balls!! Finished with chin-ups, for a total of 30 and we were done. The biceps were a little less than I wanted, but the dadgum burnout on the preacher was un fricken real!!! Again, Im loving the Androcrine! Im definitely seeing the gains and just now starting the 2nd week!! Doing cardio today.

I've got a lot of friends that are firefighters/ emt and some of the stories I've heard just really break your heart or totally gross you out. I'm not squeamish at all but I would not want to do that job. Hats off to all that do though!!

Ok, Im not really sure this is truly "pertinent" information or not, but I just giggled like a 10 year old girl scout. Ive mentioned my weight really isnt shifting at all, and even started another thread asking about other members cardio, thinking I should really up it or something ( still should), but I am happy to say that TWICE today, once showering and once running, my wedding ring about slid right off my finger. Im taking that as a good sign!!
I have also decided to bump it from 6 to 8 pumps for the remainder of the bottle, to see if I can tell any more of a difference.

losing fat. While I was on prep I was drinking 2 gallons of water a day and rings didn't stay on for ****.

Not sure I will keep with that, depends on how bad I dog the gym tomorrow. But... The past 2 days my internal thermometer was set on MELT. Holy crap. Young Gotti was saying he was warm, and I wasn't experiencing that, until now. Ive been sweating more, I look like Im being interrogated by Iranian militia. Not sure why this is, or if its good or bad. But I will update tomorrow after the gym.

Well then that answers that. I believe Young Gotti is only dosing 4 though. I think Ill like the 8, but dont want to run out so quick!! Lol. Looking forward to my Dermacrine though!!

I will be doing 8 pumps for 3 weeks, and then bumping it down to 5 a day.. I also ordered 4 Androcrine when BPS had the introduction Special.

Nice. I should have. And I had a hard time deciding once I did purchase... Androcrine or Dermacrine... Androcrine or Dermacrine
 
I think person would get a Awesome run with Androcrine,by choosing there dosing by there body weight..
 
Yep doing 4 pumps a day...I think that's what I ran it at last time and had good results....but might increase it to see if results improve even more

Today was fairly productive. Went in with trying to see what I had. It didnt go as well as planned, but I was fairly satisfied. So let me clarify a couple of things. Please remember that I am milking a shoulder injury, and I have been limited on some exercises. Second, both my Captains son as well as mine were with us, so we had to take some time to train them. Now, lifts went as follows.
Dumbbell press
65x15
80x10
100x10(heaviest we have)
100x5

Flat bench(dont laugh, kind of weak due to the shoulder)
135x20
225x10x2
Ran a call and then came back
225x10
315x4, shoulder started hurting

Incline bench
135x20
185x10
205x8
225x5

Decline bench
135x20
225x12
315x5
135x10
And finish with 50 pushups

On another note.. My 15 year old knocked out flat bench..on his 4th set he killed 135x10 with my assistance on the last 2!! Stoked about it

Thank you Sir. Im pushing myself as hard as my old ass can, I Just hate the shoulder keeps me down.

Yeah i have shoulder pain off and on. I try to stick to DB work but when I go to BB, I use the smith machine and shoulder pain gone. Rarely occurs anymore now.
