I only gained it in the last year or so. Lots of weighted pull ups and lat isolation moves.

First one, then the other, everything is strict to form. The back is too important to cheat your way through exercises. You'll notice there are no deadlifts, it's cause I save em for hamstring day.
 
Looking fuccing beastly man! Great job. As for back, since we are trying new evil things lol, try this as a finisher 3 supersets 5/10 reps
Rack pulls / dumbbell pullovers
I'll use 315 right below my knees and a 60 lb Db I love it lol

I need to be! For some reason I cant seem to get enthusiastic about going to the gym. Been like that for about 2 weeks. But, once Im there, Im fine and dont want to leave. Don't understand it.

Everyone gets that way bro, you're making huge progress though so block that sh1t and keep pushing! Alpha's finisher for back sounds brutal. I love DB pullovers, I'll have to save rack pulls for the end on my next chest/back session and superset the hell out of those!

I appreciate it man! I absolutely hate feeling like this. A lot of it is my schedule right now. Between 2 different fire departments Im working 48 hours on,24 hours off and ive been in that rotation for a little over a week, its draining me. Took the day off from working out other than some 0600 racquetball, simply because weve been running a bunch of calls today and been working outside most of the day, and it's miserably humid and hot outside. But your right, and I will continue to push. Alphas finisher and lifted67's back routine is going to be brutal, but Im looking forward to it. Ill let you know how long Im in intense care after! Thanks again. Ill always welcome a push of motivation!

But my boys Alpha and lifted are just trying to help me grow. Ive convinced myself they are using my old a$& as their personal Frankenstein, trying to resurrect my youth, and I greatly appreciate it.

And to top off several PRs I've had recently, Im going to re measure and hope to see my 17.25" arms be 17.5". Ill take a quarter inch growth in biceps anyday. Fingers crossed
 
In regards to can't get pumped up before going to the gym; I just keep my shaker and pre on my desk at work and stare lovingly at it until 13:45 when I fill it up. Gotta find the little ways to keep that drive going all day my man!

I keep it on the counter, but I can always make it closer. Next step, im gonna be like a cocaine addict, just dip my finger in my PWO and rub it on my gums 3-4 times a day
 
I can only day dream during the day. I work in surgery so I can't have my supps right in front of me lol
 
Taking the day off guys. Im pretty sure I need it. Tried to go home and nap... Nope! Crapper at the house was broke, had to fix that, and then the wifes to do list. Back at it tomorrow, and Im considering using the remaining Epi to start my cut with a change in diet, up the cardio and more volume than weight. Not 100% sold on it yet.

Quick question for you more experienced guys. I seem to be having some pains in my left kidney area. Anyone else ever have this issue with this type of product or is it more than likely something else? Im feeling its not related, but just checking

Todays update is a bit short, but it was fricken productive! Had to wait so much later than normal to get to the gym, but I needed AND wanted to go something bad.
I changed to 5 pills, all PWO, and the screwed up by dropping 2 scoops of 1MR. Did not take long to start shaking. Walked into the gym and the first thing I noticed was they apparently had the thermostat set on hell.
3 sets of leg extensions followed by 4 sets of hammy curls. 3 more sets of extensions with toes pointed inward.
Squats
BarX20, 135x20, 185x10, 225x10x2
Moved to smith machine for the rest
275x10, 315x8, 335x4,385x2
Calf raises in between each set.
Goblet squats
75x10, 85x10, 100x10x2
Now, apparently at this time, the little trap door at the bottom of my stomach opened, and dropped both scoops of 1MR into my colon and there was nothing to do but sprint to the closest bathroom and murder the little 4x4 room. I was spent after that. I will never say anything bad about a woman in labor again! Finished with 1 hour of racquetball and called it quits.

Still a bit sore, but only on certain movements. Seems to be getting better though. Not sure what it was. I just upped my water intake. And yes, there was no warning yesterday, it was lift, rest, get into posit......OH MY GOD!! If it wasnt within 20' of me im not sure I would've made it.
 
I understand that struggle, **** on mile 8 of a half marathon, in the woods, lmao, finished the race though, never have corn bread and grilled chicken the night before a race.

Started off with push ups, and a ton of them. 25 standard, 25 wide, 25 close, 25 staggered to the left,25 to the right and then burned it out doing basketball push ups. For those who have never had the privilege of doing basketball push ups, DO THEM!! We had them in the military. Wear your dog tags or necklace with a charm outside of your shirt, put your hands in the diamond position and drop. It doesnt count unless you're tags or charm go inside the diamond.
Bench press( light due to shoulder pain at the flat angle)
BarX40,135x20x2, 185x10,225x10x3
Dumbell press
70x10,85x10,100x10,100x8,50x20
Incline dumbell press
60x10, 75x10, 85x10,85x6
Several variations of cable work
4 sets on the peck deck and finished with 3 sets of hex press to failure. Not bad considering we had 3 fire alarms stop us at different times. But my fricken chest is pumped and feeling solid.
