Hey with your stomach distension I know it sounds counter intuitive but how is your sodium intake? If that's too low the body can still hold water as well. ORRR sounds stupid but saran wrap your stomach to spot sweat the excess fluid out.
No workout today, had a family day and tomorrow on shift at EMS all day, so Im getting a needed rest. But I Wanted to update the fact that the last 2 days of lifts have taken a toll on me. I am sore like I havent been in a Looong time. I like that! Seems like Im getting past some long plaguing plateaus!! Looking forward to hitting it again Monday!

Gotta start curling O2 tanks on the way to calls.Well guys, today officially sucked balls. Came in to the fire department and we got hammered from the get go. Several med calls, a fire alarm, power lines on fire a meeting and tons of paperwork . By the time we were even able to go to the gym, we just didnt have it. On top of that, my shoulder is giving me a fit today( need more Androcrine). So, an hour of half a$$ racquetball and I called it quits. Sorry to disappoint. But, Im working another 24 hour shift at my other department, and Im sure Ill get in the gym. Looks like its gonna be a leg day.

Did a bunch of curls, but nothing really impressive. I will say the leaning out I Started to get in the beginning on Epi Andro has ceased, but my strength has continued to increase as I hoped. Definitely have an increase in some vascularity and definition in my shoulders, back and arms. Loving that!! Just gotta get my gut in check!!

Todays workout was mediocre,as I didnt have a lot of time, but it was still productive. Staying away from flat bench for a few sessions, so went to dumbell press.
55x20, 75x10x2, 100x10. On number 10 of the hundos my shoulder started to fail, but there was no actual pain involved, just started to give.

I went to 225. Once I unracked it only did one, and to be completely honest I Felt I Had more in me and didn't want to waste it, so I racked it. I am happy as h3ll to say I got another PR today, and although it was only once, I got a full ROM with 275lbs!! Holy ship I was stoked! Again, only once but it made my crappy a$$ day. Had to call it after that, had more work to do at the station. Im definitely feeling stronger with the Epi Andro Elite, no doubt.
