No. Id Like to, but I have a bottle of MST Shred Ultra waiting to be logged. So thatll be after this. Just to be honest, I have a bottle Hydroxyelite I could run after the MST.

Oh, its going to happen. But, I promised MST that Id log the Shred when I got done with this, and a friend bought the Hydroxyelite and couldnt handle it after 2 pills, so he gave them to me. Either way, huge cut coming for me after I finish my Epi Andro, so I can try and find my inner "@lifted67 cuts"

In fact I did notice that. I will be able to proudly wear one of those some day. If I Wore it now Id be approached by Wendys asking if they could sponsor me. Or Krispey Kreme
 
Went by Walmart this morning, and saw a Greek Yogurt Ive never seen. Bought a few of them to try. Breakfast was one of these, oats, vanilla protein and a splash of almond milk. Damn good!!Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Oats and eggs for me, yummy, generally low carbing it, but The Solution convinced me to try some My Oatmeal Smores flavored.
 
Thanks bro. I have the same issue with my bicep, just cant get the roundness I want, stupid genetics. Id smack my dad in the mouth for these if I didnt know at 58 years hes still a dangerous man! Lol

Have you ever tried double cable pulley curls? It'll give you a great pump
 
Back and biceps today. Ended up being a non stop session. No workout partner, and no overhead weights means I can roll on. Got an intense sweat today, which I don't typically get from just lifting. 4 Epi Andro and my White Flood PWO.
Started with incline T bar rows(low and slow bighulksmash). Again, dont know the weight of the rack itself, but did 3 sets. Plate weight was
90x20,125x12 with 2 second pause and 135x10 with same pause
Bent over Dumbell row
75x10, 85x10 and 100x10
3 sets of standing T bar rows
Various cable rows for a total of 9 sets
Lat pull downs for 3 sets, last set with the weight maxed out using straps
25 pull ups wide grip
Standing EZ curl
45x50,75x10,95x10 and 115x6 with 5 second negatives
Isolation curls
35x10, 45x10, 55x10
Hammer curls
50x10,60x10x2
Double pulley cable curls for 3 sets
Reverse curls for 3 sets and finished with 25 chin ups. I was pretty spent at that point. But not a bad session at all. Definitely feeling stronger. The only question I Have is my guy. I seem to have a bit of distention in my abdomen. Any ideas on that? My diet is 95% clean and Im taking in PLENTY of water. Anyone else have that issue?

I had this b4 my accident . hanging knee raises and hanging twist helped a lot !!!!
now iam trying once again to remove the little belly . so iam hoping this works again !!!!!

Yep. I just started incorporating them back into my program. Ive been focusing on wide grip pull ups so much, I forgot about those. Thanks again

Do you do dead hangs I feel like dead hangs are way better for you cause then regular pull-ups are cake work lol just me maybe
 
All I do is dead hangs. Sometimes I hang for 2 seconds then go back up. At 220lbs I can knock out 22 without breaks. Id like to get to 30. Crazy?
Crazy, dude!!! Can't do more than 10 at 220lbs and not all are dead hangs.

Virtus is amazing. If your e2 is ****ed or you just want to cut down make more test . Virtus is exactly what you want. It goes great with invictus as well. All together my body got tight and muscle harder. Wife also says it is bigger but wat ever . Must be friday hahaha.
