Finished 5 week H Drol pulse cycle last Friday....

I did a 5 week pulse cycle of CEL H Drol and was very happy with the results. I pulsed like this:

1st week:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 25mg morning and then 25mg post workout.

2nd week:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday changed to 25mg pre and 25mg post

3rd and 4th week I upped to 50mg pre and still 25mg post

week 5 I did 50mg pre and 50mg post on Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday, Thursday and Friday was back to 50mg pre and 25 post

I also used Jack3d pre workout.

I definitely noticed strength gains as well as gains in size. Most noticeable are my shoulders and lats. My weight did balloon to 202 by the 3rd week but the last 2 weeks cleaned up the diet and cut back on the calories(probably more then I should have) and got down to 192. These numbers are just the high and lows I saw and probably a lot of it was water weight and also time of day I weighed myself as some was post workout and some morning after waking up.

I really have not noticed any major sides besides back pumps. No shut down that I can notice and so far this week in the gym been able to add more on to my bench and other lifts.

I plan on giving epistane a try in maybe a month or so over the summer to see how I respond to that.
 
Do you have pre or post bloodwork?

Also, interesting in knowing why you didn't go farther than 5 weeks since you were pulsing the cycle?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have two questions to help me understand it better: 1) what was your starting weight and bf%, as well as ending weight and bf%? 2) why pulse, when Hdrol has a half life of 8+ hours?
 
I also wonder why you chose h-drol. Forgive me if im wrong but I've read it has a half life of 12-16 hours? This would mean the compound would still be in your body for up to 32 hours (though in trace amounts)?

Well it looks like your cycle was easy and effective, so props for thinking outside the box

Actually for longer than that...lets just assume a 12hr half life for ease of calulations (and to be conservative, using 16hrs would increase all the following numbers), and use his highest dosing. Also, lets assume the 50mg pre / 25mg post were taken at the same time (since they almost were in regards to half life).

On Monday, at workout (hour zero), he took 75mg. Lets just pretend he lifts at noon (again, ease of calculation). At midnight on Monday (one half life), he'd have 37.5mg active, by noon on tuesday (two half lives) =18.75mg active...but then he takes his next does of 75mg, meaning he has 93.75mg active. By midnight on Tues = 46mg, noon Wed (no dose this day) 23mg, midnight weds = 11.75mg. On Thursday he then takes 75mg at noon, but still has 6mg in his system despite a day off...for a total of 81mg on Thursday at noon, this goes down to 20.2mg over the next 24 hours, when he doses again, making it 95mg, than 24 hours later without a does on saturday, at noon = 23.8mg, and finally on sunday at noon (no dose) = 5.95mg, and by the time he is in the 1mg range, its time for another 75mg dose. (using 50mg per day M T TH F, does not really have much effect on the math)

I think I got my math right, even if I wrote it as confusing as possible :/ ...and basically this means that this pulse cycle, was just a low dose cycle 9not that there is anything wrong with that), and I'd get bloodwork done if I were him.


Edit - using the same assumptions above, but a 16hr half life, 75mg dosing M T TH F will never put you under 20mg active during the week, and only as low as 10mg on Monday right before the next Monday dose despite 2 days 'off'...again, rough quick math / fun with excel, but its ballpark accurate

Fake Edit - My 16hr numbers are probably a little high, but you get the idea..

Edit #2 - just messed with a 6hr half life, if SD has a 6hr HL, and is dosed 20mg M W F morning (6am), you'll go to sleep that night with 2.5mg active, and wake with 1.25mg active, Tuesday you'll go to sleep with 0.15mg, and go as low as .019mg prior to monday of week 2.
 
exactly why pulse hdrol? glad it worked out for you though. next time it probably wont though unless its a stronger compound. are you afraid of shutdown?
