I did a 5 week pulse cycle of CEL H Drol and was very happy with the results. I pulsed like this:
1st week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 25mg morning and then 25mg post workout.
2nd week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday changed to 25mg pre and 25mg post
3rd and 4th week I upped to 50mg pre and still 25mg post
week 5 I did 50mg pre and 50mg post on Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday, Thursday and Friday was back to 50mg pre and 25 post
I also used Jack3d pre workout.
I definitely noticed strength gains as well as gains in size. Most noticeable are my shoulders and lats. My weight did balloon to 202 by the 3rd week but the last 2 weeks cleaned up the diet and cut back on the calories(probably more then I should have) and got down to 192. These numbers are just the high and lows I saw and probably a lot of it was water weight and also time of day I weighed myself as some was post workout and some morning after waking up.
I really have not noticed any major sides besides back pumps. No shut down that I can notice and so far this week in the gym been able to add more on to my bench and other lifts.
I plan on giving epistane a try in maybe a month or so over the summer to see how I respond to that.
