I've been sticking with the 4 cap dosage, but added another 200 mgs epiandro and everyday is better. Love it!
 
After some carb loading I'm back to 100% performance in the gym!

Great workout and great pump today. Strength and endurance are abot neck and neck with the improvements at this point. Still feeling super full from the carbs I ate and loving it. And dammit the bedroom gains are as real as when I ran msten!

Workouts have stayed consistent and strong. I just emptied the first bottle into my pill dispenser so we're about halfway though this log.

Strength is really kicking in and increasing. Weight is getting much easier to move. Pumps and contractions have been awesome in helping the mind muscle connection.

Carminb1,Have you seen any deference in your weight or inches at day 30?
 
Weight has been dropping and clothes getting way lose. I'm not eating for size at all. I haven't weighed myself the last two weeks but plan on doing it this Saturday.

Awesome same here.. I have lost 2 inches off my waist and weight is still the same,but I have not did any cardio in 35 days due to my knee.
 
Those "Read Felt" raises look interesting. :-)
 
Thanks man its a new workout I'm trying. Apparently it was used by the cavemen during the Paleolithic period. At least according to my gnc magazine...

I know! I use to be one of those guys though. But it was mainly cause my friend worked there and I would get good deals when items when on the clearance rack. But Haven't been there for years. So many better places to get supps. Keep up the good work in here tho!:)

I've done 10 Kettle Bell swings in between each set the last week of workouts instead of cardio after. Man it's awesome and has the heart rate up in no time.

Workouts are continuously getting better with strength and endurance. Other then that nothing new to report. Haven't felt the need for any carbs lately so that's a plus. I'll do a weigh in Wednesday because we all know after Thanksgiving it won't be the same lol.

Subbed, great log. Digging the kettle bell in between sets idea, gonna borrow that from you when I start my run. Still on the fence on whether to try anabolic trinity or andro quad
 
I'd suggest Trinity. The DHEAs are under dosed in Andro Quad.

Did some shopping and pulled the trigger last night. 2 bottles of trinity, 2 tube of dermacrine, 2 bottles of arm1macare, 2 bottles endosurge turbo. Any suggestions on dosing for 8 week run would be welcomed

Run the Trinity and Dermacrine as directed. Dose the arimacare and endo as directed, plus your SERM during PCT.

Legs yesterday, ended up jamming my left middle finger pretty badly racking weights but went through with arms today anyway. No kettlebell swings due to grip being shot.

Really focused on slow negatives the last couple reps on each set. Pumps were awesome as always. Added in 10 minutes of rowing to implement some sort of cardio. Feel like I'm still trying to drop the bloat from Thursday but I know that's in my head since my weight is already back to the same.

Rest day tomorrow then hitting chest/shoulders again on Monday.

Alright guys looks like my run with anabolic Trinity has come to an end sadly. I weighed in today at 225lbs, that's a 20lb loss total for the 8 week duration. I've been adding in calories and carbs the last two weeks to get them back in my system and I'm feeling great. No showing of shutdown or suppression and I have labs coming in I got done yesterday to show numbers. But osta has never effected me in that way, just remember everyone is different.

After talking to some vet members on here I've decided its best to skip PCT and go into my test c cycle I had planned for February. There's no point in trying to bring my body back to homeostasis if I'm going to hit my first test cycle anyway. To say I'm excited for this is an understatement and I'm going to put a log up for that in the anabolic section for anyone that wishes to follow.

My finger injury has gotten better to the point that I can do deadlifts and other pulling movements with only discomfort and the surgery is not worth my ****y deductible lol.

Key notes from my 8 week run with Anabolic Trinity

-pump were noticeably better almost immediately.

-strength gains came on around week 3ish

-great recomp agent with the correct diet

-helped harden muscles and endurance was crazy every time.
