how much better are results on day 32 than they were on day 24?
My body is harder and leaner..But I am doing 5 caps before workouts thats the sweet spot for me..
Also I will be adding 3caps of Androvar starting tomorrow..

I've been sticking with the 4 cap dosage, but added another 200 mgs epiandro and everyday is better. Love it!

Workouts have stayed consistent and strong. I just emptied the first bottle into my pill dispenser so we're about halfway though this log.
Strength is really kicking in and increasing. Weight is getting much easier to move. Pumps and contractions have been awesome in helping the mind muscle connection.
Weight has been dropping and clothes getting way lose. I'm not eating for size at all. I haven't weighed myself the last two weeks but plan on doing it this Saturday.
Those "Read Felt" raises look interesting.![]()

Wednesday weigh in!
234lbs, 5lb difference from last weight check and 11lb loss in total. Awesome results so far when you factor in my goals and diet are for fat loss. Especially since strength and workout performance has steadily increased.
Training back in the am (thank you 24hour gym) then getting down with some food and no guilt about it!

Still on the fence on whether to try anabolic trinity or andro quad
I'd suggest Trinity. The DHEAs are under dosed in Andro Quad.

Did some shopping and pulled the trigger last night. 2 bottles of trinity, 2 tube of dermacrine, 2 bottles of arm1macare, 2 bottles endosurge turbo. Any suggestions on dosing for 8 week run would be welcomed
Run the Trinity and Dermacrine as directed. Dose the arimacare and endo as directed, plus your SERM during PCT.

Did back yesterday and my middle finger has still been giving me issues. Went ahead and saw an ortho and after testing its confirmed I have ligament damage I can either live with and it'll heal somewhat or have surgery on. Needless to say once the holidays are over I'll be getting it taken care of. Now onto my back day full of weak ass grip and supplementing with lifting straps lol.
