Rare afternoon workout for me and I forgot my training log book so I mixed it up some today. Had to combine leg/back day into one also.
SA Pulldown 4x12 80x4
WG Pulldown 4x12 120x4
BB Row 4x6 185x4
Seated Cable Row 4x8 120x4
Prone DB Row 4x10 55x4
Rack Pulls 3x3 315x3
DB Shrug 4x12 75x4
Squat 4x8 225x4
Leg Ext 4x12 120
Standing Calf 4x15 225
Good workout and had a ton of energy/endurance today! Can never complain about that. Pumps keep getting better and feeling some hardness coming along in the arm area. Not even a week in and feeling great, imagine how it'll feel 7 weeks from now!
