Rare afternoon workout for me and I forgot my training log book so I mixed it up some today. Had to combine leg/back day into one also.

Good workout and had a ton of energy/endurance today! Can never complain about that. Pumps keep getting better and feeling some hardness coming along in the arm area. Not even a week in and feeling great, imagine how it'll feel 7 weeks from now!
 
10/24/15 Arms

Had a training partner today so we will really killed our arms for about 2 hours with cardio.

BB Curl didn't count reps on these and went to failure started with just the 45lb bar and worked up to 95lbs total in increments of 10lbs each side. Then a big drop set down to the bar again. PUMP CITY!

Sweet 16's 4x16 (8 wide, 8 close on ez bar) 65
CG Bench 4xF started at 135 and worked to 225 in increments of 10lbs each side with a drop set down to 135.

Rope Pushdown 4xF 100
RG Pushdown 4xF 80

Added in 5 rounds of tabata with kettl bell swings, body weight squats, rowing machine, medicine ball slams and jump roping for 20minutes total of tabata cardio.

I did my workout fasted and it was still GREAT! I want to take full advange of the much added energy and endurance so I will be switching to superset training come Monday. It's a program I've ran before which ups the intensity and I love the way it works.
 
Feeling any sides yet?

Increased endurance is certainly noticeable. Feel like I could never stop lifting at times. No increase in hunger but that's something I don't want anyway lol. Increased "mood" was noticeable a few days into my run. Nothing else to truly report yet, certainly nothing negative.

All superset training as you can see. Was feeling a little under the weather during today's workouts. Had body aches all day also. My cycle support is in check so I know it isn't Anabolic Trinity related. Hopefully feeling better tomorrow for arms and legs!
 
A lot of people at my gym are getting sick too. I've been spraying down everything in sight before I use it. Dumbbells especially. I get some funny looks when I spray those with cleaner. Oh well.

Its funny that you mention that. I wipe everything down except for the dumbbells and bar that my hands touch. Makes no sense now that I think about it more. Going to start a new policy in life and wipe it down before and after use.

Was a little short on time so I implemented cardio acceleration into my workout. Best way to explain it is I was running in place during my 45sec rest periods. Its not something I use often unless I have the added energy.

I'm feeling so much better today compared to the last two days so I knew I had to get in the gym. Still the same things to report on with the elevated mood, increased energy, increased sweating etc. Aggression seems to be on the up also. Libido is always high so hard for me to say if that's a factor or not. Nothing negative to report at all. Pumps have certainly been an improvement that I'm loving.
Tomorrow is chest/shoulders again!

Being sick earlier in the week threw my schedule off and I just went with it.

Can already see leaning out in my shoulders and traps area. Skipped my weigh in this morning the digital scale at the gym was dead so hopefully they have that working tomorrow so I can update accordingly.

After dropping 195lbs and going from a 56w pants to 38w the loose skin is no man. Trust me I wish it was the case. It has gotten better over the years for sure but I know and accept it'll never be perfect. Don't get me wrong I'll take it any day over what it use to be!

that is a lot of weight...talk to dsade he might have something to help with that, maybe not a miracle cure but help nonetheless...at any rate props, I am sure you look and feel much better, loose skin or not!!!!

Man this workout got me good! Went to failure every time it called for it. The crunches at the end and the deadlift/curl/oh press combo for cardio had my heart rate in the 140's according to my fitbit charge.

Nothing new to report but everything I've experienced so far has only increased which is awesome.

Did much of the same as Monday except RG bench vs incline db. Difference is I decreased my rest from 60sec to 50sec, I'm very strict about this and time it. The 10x10 reps at the end as cardio is awesome I highly recommend it!

Finally weighed myself today and I'm sitting at 239lbs. 6lb lost from the start which is just 20 days in! My diet and training has been locked in better then I've had in a long time. Switching gyms really helped me find my inner fire again all across the board.

Anabolic Trinity is still treating me very well, aggression, libido, energy and mood are way up. Recovery has been awesome even with my lack of carbs in my diet. Now my other supplementation has been on point as far as BCAA and other intra/post workout needs go so that helps also. Strength has been present and reminds me of the first time I took creatine years ago and those last couple reps became easy to push out. Lifting at such a high volume for reps usually taxes me quickly, not now!

Legs/triceps tomorrow and shoulders/biceps on Saturday then a well needed rest day Sunday!

Not at all for your actually. But I've never been one to have an increased appetite from any supplement that I recall

Man, anytime I'm on ANYTHING my appetite gets out of control.

Another Monday so another chest/back day is in the books. Same workout as last Monday but I increased each total weight by 5lbs total and cut the rest time down to 40sec on my 10x10 sets.

Killer pump and really didn't feel any type of fatigue until set 8 but still cranked out all 10. The intensity continues to increase every workout.

Officially into week 3 so I expect things to only get better from here. Looking for even more added endurance, lean muscle gain and fat loss! Clothes and scrubs are continuously getting bigger on me which is awesome. Will probably do a weigh in again this weekend to get an update on it.

After my workout this morning I knew it was time to do a carb day and my energy is already so much better. Some quick carbs after my workout and nothing but slow digesting carbs since then. I have gluten issues also so it helps keep me away from a lot. Taking tomorrow off and hitting a heavy arm day Saturday.

amento stacked with forskolin and ephedra is great for fat burning.....amento + ashwagandha[ksm-66] is really nice for a mood boost!!!

I have some ephedra, well bronkaid on hand I may start 75mg split daily soon. Never tried amento solo only in blends so not sure how it will treat me. Forskolin is definitely awesome for me around the 100mg ed mark!
