Financial software for fitness trainers

I hope I can get some help here: I have a friend (seriously) that is a fitness trainer, she is just starting out. I know a lot of you guys and ladies are professional trainers so I hope someone can help me. Apart from quickbooks and quicken and some of the traditional financial software out there, is there a software that caters to fitness trainer businesses? What are some of you all using to track your clients (training schedule, rolling balances over etc). I guess she can use a myriad of software to do each function, but I am hoping to find something that has the financial and the fitness stuff tied in to it.

I honestly dont know about software premade...

But I know for a fact when I am a PT(hopefully less than a year away, once I get back on my feet..) I am making me a custom Excel spreadsheet. They are to me, much more customizable, and much more functional than premade software of most kinds. If she or you knew how, Access is great for making databases, but excel would be perfect for doin schedules, keeping track of financial records, even for creating individual profiles for clients.

And the formulas for excel are easy to find online if you cant find the one you want. Alas I only know all this thanks to some college courses. All I know is excel can save people alot of money on many things if they learn how to use it.

Funny you mentioned Excel, I know that app, and I have made her an excel program to use. I guess she wants the beautiful GUI and stuff. I am even working on an app called filemaker pro which is a database program that can handle financials as well, as long as you put the formulas behind the cells. Thanks for the info.
