Finally !!!

You HAVE TO EAT! :D

One day left

... doh, I didn't post last week. Anyway, tomorrow is my last day in the 8 week program. I am very happy with my results and will be doing this again when I get my next bonus !
* Weight 171 lbs (after morning nature call) :whip: , same as last week
* I've lost a little more flab around my waist and my upper body and legs feel bigger. I think overall I've lost maybe 5 pounds of flab all over and gained that much muscle during the course of 8 weeks. I know this is technically "impossible" but it certainly feels like it, and it is a good feeling. I took some pics this morning and posting them now in case I forget to do it over the weekend - last minute xmas stuff, etc.
Thank you Bobo for helping me get where I am, it would have taken me a lot longer without your help.

Its not techincally impossible to gain muscle and lose fat when someone is put on a strict clean diet and exercise program. Now this effect does tail off and your body adjusts which makes its MUCH harder to do in the long run but this is not uncommon when someone if put on a diet such as this. am glad you are happy with the results. All you have to do is KEEP GOING! :)

Just keep eating clean and add calories when your weight increases. Keep the increase slow and steady and you will grow.

Awesome !!! Just so you know, I'm going to steal your "Yes, the pic in my avatar is me..." from your signature when I get big enough hehe... then again I'll have to replace my avatar, after all I'm not a herald of Galactus infused with cosmic powers... ahem, I better go to work...

Looking good man! Congrats on your progress. Just imagine what you can do now that you got training and nutrition dialed in. I made better gains in 3 yrs doing it right than I made 15yrs prior! Nowhere to go but up now.
