FINALLY have my cycle all in order. Thoughts??

Okay so after 5,000 ideas and crazy conjunctions, I think I have finally figured out what I'll be running for my next cycle.

Goals: Gain and KEEP 8-12 lbs of lean mass. Maybe lose a little bodyfat as well. I am going to start incorporating cardio on tues/thurs.

Beginning stats
5'9"-195
Around 10-12% bodyfat
Age-22

Cycle
Beastdrol 10/20/20
Epistane 0/30/30/40/40/50
Transaderm 5 pumps weeks 1-6
Forma stanzol 10 pumps weeks 1-6

PCT
Clomid 100/75/50/25
Erase Pro 0/1/1/1/1
Anabeta 4/4/4/4

Support supps
Cycle support all 10 weeks
Super Cissus Rx
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Taurine



Questions-Wondering if I should run the forma through PCT or stop when I start the clomid? Or do I need to run it at all due to epistanes effect on estrogen?
Should my last week of clomid be 25 or 50?



DIET

Breakfast
4 egss
10 oz. of skim milk
1/2 cup oats

Mid-morning
2 slices wheat bread with peanut butter
Greek yogurt

Lunch
Chicken Breast
Mixed veggies (either broccoli or potatoes+green beans)
12 oz. skim milk

Mid-afternoon
1 can tuna
large apple with honey

Intra-workout
Xtend(bcaa's)

Post-workout
Protein shake with 15g glutamine
20 oz gatorade (made from the powder)

Supper
1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 cups whole wheat pasta
10 oz. skim milk

Bed
2 string cheese
10 oz skim milk

Totals
Calories- 3,300 (400 above maintenance)
Protein- 308
Carbs- 363 (will drop lower when SD is done)
Fat- 82

I am a bit confused on why you are running such a mild amount of beast with epi. I understand you are trying to not kill your liver but why are you running the two together? I am also not sure how much you will be getting out of the super at such a low dosage and such a short time.

I swear to God my joints aren't any worse than they normally are....its amazing, I think I'm a woman....seriously....there must be an ungodly amount of estrogen to take 2 of those pills a day and no sides.....but I'll tell you, the epi? at like 45-50mg? gives some major lethargy.....and I usually never get that side....but lethargy is no big deal, easy to deal with.... why don't you just do something like 30/30/40/40/50/50 with the epi? might as well dose it right and for 6 weeks.

Make sure your not overlapping both of your transdermals. Keep them both spread out on different parts of your body. You gonna log this?

Well now you got me second guessing haha. The only real reason I was gonna bridge these two is just because it's on hand. I suppose I could go with a solo run and make 2 cycles out of it.

speaking of epi, I just found the IBE epi in stock at a reputable place for a cheap price....go figure...don't even need any right now, and have a bit extra....but I bought 3 more anyways for the future lol

I'm "one of those" who like to use the original stuff for some reason....and its hard to find IBE in stock anymore....I should have used my extra cash to buy them out at $35 each, and resell it on ebay for $80-100 like these other aholes (people do buy it too....i saw 100 bottles go for $100 a pop no joke)....but I'm not a dick like that.....

yeah i saw it on amazon yesterday for $100. that epi xtreme by iron labs is legit. i got it off ebay for 22$.

I picked up an ep-stane since I had 3 IBE epi's and needed a 4th of someting epi to make 2 cycles.....now I picked up more IBE, so that ended up not being necessary. I was told the ep-stane was pretty decent and dosed at 15mg's each which is an upgrade over havoc which I was looking at.

i had a bottle of ep-stane and epi extreme for my cycle. i ran the ep-stane first and its good. had a real "clean" feel to it if that makes any sense. more so than the epi-extreme.

good, hopefully the "m-stane" is legit as well....we had some complaints on that one.
