Okay so after 5,000 ideas and crazy conjunctions, I think I have finally figured out what I'll be running for my next cycle.
Goals: Gain and KEEP 8-12 lbs of lean mass. Maybe lose a little bodyfat as well. I am going to start incorporating cardio on tues/thurs.
Beginning stats
5'9"-195
Around 10-12% bodyfat
Age-22

Epistane 0/30/30/40/40/50
Transaderm 5 pumps weeks 1-6
Forma stanzol 10 pumps weeks 1-6
PCT
Clomid 100/75/50/25
Erase Pro 0/1/1/1/1

Cycle support all 10 weeks

Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Taurine
Questions-Wondering if I should run the forma through PCT or stop when I start the clomid? Or do I need to run it at all due to epistanes effect on estrogen?
Should my last week of clomid be 25 or 50?

Breakfast

10 oz. of skim milk
1/2 cup oats
Mid-morning
2 slices wheat bread with peanut butter
Greek yogurt
Lunch
Chicken Breast
Mixed veggies (either broccoli or potatoes+green beans)
12 oz. skim milk
Mid-afternoon
1 can tuna
large apple with honey
Intra-workout
Xtend(bcaa's)
Post-workout
Protein shake with 15g glutamine
20 oz gatorade (made from the powder)
Supper
1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 cups whole wheat pasta
10 oz. skim milk
Bed
2 string cheese
10 oz skim milk
Totals
Calories- 3,300 (400 above maintenance)
Protein- 308
Carbs- 363 (will drop lower when SD is done)
