FINAFLEX StimZ Packers continues Quest to Shred!!!

Sweet ill get me some. Yesterday hit up chest at gym! I'm so weak since loosing all that weight. Ive watched my incline bench from 275 x 6 to barley doing 225 for 2 to 3.

Incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 8, 155 lbs x 6

flat barbell bench press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6

db incline press: 40 lbs x 8,8,8 super set with 35 lb db dual close bench x 10,10,10

peck deck 100 lbs x 10, 200 lbs x 10,8
I can totaly relate, I feel feeble right now. 7 months on IF .... at least I get to eat what ever I want at night, so theres that... :blink:
 
Make sure you are getting in enough calories. You don't want to be losing muscle mass just for the sake of weight loss.

-This ! Aim for no more than 1-1.5lbs overall bodyweight loss per week in order to spare as much muscle as possible and maximize fat loss. Adjust calories up or down based on this goal ....
 
Thanks guys. I will be seeing my ortho soon. Hit up triceps Friday and took last two days off.

rope press downs 100 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse cable curls: 130 lbs x 10,10,10

db over head press: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

machine dips 120 lbs x 10,10,10

single arm cable kick backs 40 lbs x 10,10,10

Thanks guys just hasn't been as strong as the past due to carpel tunnel and joint issues. I went yesterday and will be having carpel tunnel surgery in Dec. Going to hit the gym today and hopefully get a good one in.

So far I've managed to drop from 252 close to 4.5 months ago down to 215 I got as low as 212, and back up to 222. But lot of that was from taking more time off from gym. I want to say that this product is one of the best of it's kind currently out. It's very intense and you will feel the energy quite quickly. It help with appetite control but more so for energy and insane energy.

crashing! It last for some crazy long hours. but don't feel horrible when you come off.

I really recommend going to see an ART provider before getting surgery for that! Surgeons make money by operating not advising you of ways to heal without it. Active Release Therapy has an extremely high rate of success with carpel tunnel syndrome. Would be worth 3-4 visits to get it fixed and never have to stop training.
