Leg volume is outta control. I haven't done anything that extreme in a while.

I enjoy the volume work, but squats have been taking me a long time recently. Maybe I just need to get up earlier. :(
 
I pulled off at home a bodyweight session while my 2 year old daughter watched kayu lol. She started to do burpies with me then after 2 said IM DONE ABA.

Started with 30-50 jumping jacks to get my heart rate up.

Burpies a total of about 10 sets 10-15 reps of burpies with mountain climbers
Jump squats about 4 sets with 15-20 reps
Push ups with loaded backpack
6 sets till failure
Pull ups 5 sets 6-10 reps
Did some abs
Close hand push ups 2 sets of 10-20 reps
Body weight squats putting all the weight on heal-
4 sets of 20

After this mini workout I was soaked lol
 
That body weight work was intense looking. Wish I had the space/equipment to do that at home.

Well not that I have space I live in an apartment but the room is spacious . got to work with what you have .When I buy a house I will have weights either in the garage or basement. For days that I don't go to the gym
 
Chest and back day was great .
Started with flat bench

Hammer strength low row-225x15-2 45s each side with 25s for 12 reps
3 45s each side for 6-8 reps-225x12-185x12-135x12
Hammer strength close front press-185x15-225x12-275x10--225x12-185x10-135x10
Lat pull downs-100x20-120x15-140x15-160x12-180x8-
Reverse grip-140x15-130x12-120x12-100x10

started with 20 lat raises all the way to the top mixed with front raises to warm up about 20 reps
Dumbbell shoulder press- 55x15-60x12-65x10-70x10-65x10-60x10-
Then same exercise just did Arnold presses -55x10-50x10
Dumbbell up wright raises -30x15-35x15-40x12-45x10-50x6-40x12
Incline bench reverse ez bar front raise -35x15-x2 sets-40x12-2sets
Rope up right rows -60x15-70x15-80x12-90x10-100x10
Cable side laterals -30x2sets of10-25x2sets of 12
Cable front raise-40x10-50x10-60x10
Behind the neck hammer strength-135x12-185x12-225x8-185x10-135x10
Shoulders were beat.
Shoulder press machine-80x12-90x12-120x10-100x10-80x10-

That was that.

Honestly , this was a great ride and I enjoyed every workout . What I noticed the 2-3rd week I felt Harder and could see more definition shoulders and arms pop out more . People at my job would say "Man dude , you been working out ? You look bigger!"

I did notice the healthy sex drive . Aint gonna lie Even the wifey enjoyed that lol.
Great product .
Cons- it did make me pee more which is what I expected from a test booster .

Nice pressing and rowing man.

I have a little shed in my back yard that would be perfect for a workout room. I just have to have the moola for weights and a rack. lol
