started with 20 lat raises all the way to the top mixed with front raises to warm up about 20 reps
Dumbbell shoulder press- 55x15-60x12-65x10-70x10-65x10-60x10-
Then same exercise just did Arnold presses -55x10-50x10
Dumbbell up wright raises -30x15-35x15-40x12-45x10-50x6-40x12
Incline bench reverse ez bar front raise -35x15-x2 sets-40x12-2sets
Rope up right rows -60x15-70x15-80x12-90x10-100x10
Cable side laterals -30x2sets of10-25x2sets of 12
Cable front raise-40x10-50x10-60x10
Behind the neck hammer strength-135x12-185x12-225x8-185x10-135x10
Shoulders were beat.
Shoulder press machine-80x12-90x12-120x10-100x10-80x10-
That was that.
Honestly , this was a great ride and I enjoyed every workout . What I noticed the 2-3rd week I felt Harder and could see more definition shoulders and arms pop out more . People at my job would say "Man dude , you been working out ? You look bigger!"
I did notice the healthy sex drive . Aint gonna lie Even the wifey enjoyed that lol.
Great product .
Cons- it did make me pee more which is what I expected from a test booster .
