I like to see alex from time to time.. but never mix weights with alex... you will get so angry you might blow a valve! LOL

Nice pressing. Your shoulder strength makes me feel weak.

I've only listened to Alex a couple of times, but i think he takes his conspiracy theories to the extreme. A lot may be legitimate, but suggesting 9/11 was an inside job or even allowed makes me not take him serious.

Been listening to Alex for a couple years .... he has become more sensationalistic over that time period .... However its tough to get the truth out of MSM so I tend to listen to Alex and a few other alternative news sites ..... but ALWAYS question everything.....even Alex and the other alternative sites .... I always say to gather ALL the information and digest it and form your own educated opinion on whats really going on rather than listening and believing in one source 100%.

After your head is spinning with all that info go hit the iron hard and clear your mind .... always makes things seem more simple to me after a good cathartic training session ;)

I recommend you all start listening to mark Levin. hes regans constitutional lawyer. the guy drops more knowledge about American history and heritage than anyone. I have learned more from him than any other talk show host. feel free to try his free podcasts.
warning.. he hates libs and the GOP so make sure you take some lube if you fall into either of those groups lol

My wife has been doing the Helix machine recently and has been begging me to try it. That tells me it's going to kick my butt.

Looks cool , but if you go too fast at a low level it could mess your knee up...my current gym LA fitness cardio section sucks , June 30th is the day they close that location, best thing is I get to have a multi club member ship for the same price and the one I love in towson is way better it a new gym
