I'd like to post a vid of my bench, but man there is just no way I could compete. My max bench is pitiful at best.

Yeah I just submitted it to start it, I also going to post another one next week since my bench was alittle off since this was my first week back from beeing off

OK, again not to be rude or unappreciative by any means, I just want to make sure it is clear to everyone out there that you must go all the way down and touch your chest, no ones hands are allowed to be touching the bar what-so-ever once lift-off is achieved, and finally your video must show both sides of the bar with the weights on it while lifting! Again, this is only to be crystal clear of the rules we have set in place! Thanks again bro for submitting a video, you and everyone else out there can submit as many video attempts as they want as long as they get them submitted before September 30th, 2011.
 
Oh... one last thing, you in no means have to do this, but if you want to post your video to this thread, you are perfectly free to do so! Please make sure you submit an email to [email protected] requesting FINAFLEX G8 samples and put your name (musclerican) in parentheses next to your name in your mailing information as I will be sending certain promotional items to certain people, Thanks Brotha, strong lift!

The one on facebook where you bench 135...instructional for the contest Doc...at least I thought that was you, the audio was kind of hard to hear.

My bad it's not on Facebook, it's on YouTube. The video pops up after you watch Musclerican's. Im pretty sure it says something...Scott Finaflex representative kinda muffled out.

Yes, that was a hard lesson for me to learn as well, I played football at LSU and they always had us power-lifting in the off season and that is just how I learned and once you learn something it is very hard to break it or realize that there are other ways of doing things and also that bodybuilding and powerlifting are two really different things! Well said. But wait your a coon ass. LOL... My daughter whom is 9 says LSU stands for Longhorns Suck University... LOL that was before we told her the school was in La. She is a die hard Aggie like me Gig'em...

LoL, yes that is me, but I never posted that video, the owners thought the audio was too bad, so we never posted it anywhere, didn't even realize it was on youtube, LoL, that is why I was like... What the HELL... how does he know about that, LoL! Well thank you sir, I appreciate the compliment!
