Finaflex keeps Mkretz in growth mode with BCAA+SAA!!

yeah....i was in the gym for way too long but i was jsut in such a zone today.....with volume like that what woudl u say my calories should be....infinity? lol

Today was chest/tris - legs are wrecked....they just dont even want to work lol - tomorrow is supposed to be a back day which means heavy deads but I am going to take off just to give my legs another day of rest in hopes i can break a pr on DL on friday! well i will do cardio and abs :-)

So today was awsome, i met up with an old friend for a workout which meant i had a spotter which meant heavy and a lot of forced reps that i never get!

one note, after leg day yest i was super hot all night, couldnt sleep, and was super hot all morning, CRAZY!
 
An extra rest day between legs and deads is defenitley a good idea. Deads do involve the back a lot but legs do most of the work really. Great workout and hope the menapause goes away :P
 
ok so although the legs were not 100% today i couldnt help but DL and I wanna get 455 but i only went for 450 haha, it was TOUGH form was not solid, really should not have tried it, but i did get it haha PR!

The PR really t0ok its toll on the rest of my sets though, it was a real grind to get it up, way weaker on these today :-(

Todays workout started REAL slow.........dunno why, i probably shoudlve just took the day off.I did listen with the fact taht my legs didnt wana do anythign so i didnt do any cleans or push presses (jerks)

trained fasted today - dont thinkt ahts what cuased the lack of focus, i think it was my body telling me to stop after the rough DLs yest. but with some bcaa+SAA sipped throughout i had a decent workout once i got into it!

yea, i really do enjoy fasted workouts but i duno it jsut seems counter productive even with bcaas
 
plus it lets me eat more later :-)


anyways - today was a "light" day did a little bit of almost everything since legs werent ready yet for a leg day......

chin ups 5-6 sets as many - i suck at these so i did them and hope to get my biceps growing from them as well.

incline db press -

first 2 sets were 1.5 reps with 45 lbs for 10 reps
last 2 sets were 50 lbs for 10-12 slow negative constant tension reps

showed my buddy pendlay rows so did a bunch of light sets and worked up to 155 for 10

few sets of bench cuz my budddy wanted to max out, did a few negative sets of 225 and 235 after 155 for 8-10 135 for 15

Another high volume session in the books it seems. Full body days are good every once in a while for me too. Can really get all the muscles feeling good and limber while getting the blood flowing around.

Also very nice when you can't train often....if I can only train 2 times a week then I prefer to pair lots of muscle groups together.

I do the same thing if i know my weeks going to be jampacked. I almost seem to get a better workout that way too.

yea, felt really good, it also keeps me from doing too much for one body part, keeps the workout fresh
 
another great leg workout.....wasnt feeling great all morning but once i got ready to lit i felt great.....my legs had not felt 100% earlier in the day so i decided to focuz more on for and keeping tension on the muscle rather than going for more weight.

1 leg leg curl 4 sets 10-12, forced reps with other leg if i couldnt reach 10-12

no doubt bcaa+saa kept me going today, trained fasted and used about 1.5 scoops, felt great the whole time, unfortunately its coming to an end soon :-(

there is no doubt the BCCA+SAA helps my workouts esp when fasted....i was drinking regular BCAAs when i started but half way through started with the BCAA+SAA and i got a second wind of energy and any hunger issues i had were gone....this stuff is great! and tastes amazing!!!!

Sad sad day :( I've noticed some increased recovery as well lately. I've used SAA's for a while but this combo from team Finaflex is the best I've gotten my hands on. Great review so far Kretz!

thanks man, yea, this is some good stuff, i love the possible cortisol lowering effects of the SAA combined with the BCAA, if i had some extra cash id be all over this, but times are rough right now financially
