I just wanted to pop in real quick because I'm so ****ing happy!!!
I'm up 9 pounds since the start of this cycle! Weighed in 164, started at 155. Hit my goal on bench today, so all is very well here. I will post up the details tonight. :147:

No, I do not use a belt.
That's a good way to do it, at least at first, so you strengthen your core a bit.
Also, pills last a long time longer if you store them in the freezer![]()

Ouch!!!! When my 95 pound bench warmup was hurting, I knew it would be a painful session. My elbows are starting to give me trouble, and my tricep was pumped like never before. By back is sore from back and squat day. I am ready for the weekend break! 195x6 is a pr tie for me as well as 205x2. Next bench day this pr will be broken I gaurantee you all.
Day 21
Weight 168 +13
BB Bench - 95x6, 195x8, 205x3, 185x8, 135x10 (slow!)
Incline DB - 55x10, 65x8
DB Flies - 30x10
Fly Machine - 110x8, 130x8, 150x8, 100x8
Close Grip Bench - 135x8, 145x8, 155x8
All is good here. Only thing bothering me are my joints. Elbows in particular. I may start dosing cissus and a few more fish oil caps. 3 weeks in and I started on bench with 155x10, and now doing 195x8. I'm sure muscle memory played a small role, but Fina is the real deal. To be honest the pound gained over the weekend wasn't even earned. I didn't eat much, and yet the gains continue. I feel that I look much better than I did at the start and I have had some friends tell me my arms are looking big. Good stuff!

I know exactly what you're describing. When I'm folding papers in the morning my shoulders get fatigued quick and then feel pumped. Only seems to be on repetative movements and not while I'm lifting though. During my soccer game yesterday, I fought the first half with what felt like serious lactic acid build up, but then it seemed to get better 2nd half.
what about when you wash your hair, or use the keyboard alot ? I have experienced that in the past too.

Squat! - 135x5, 205x5, 250x1, 300x0, 250x5, 205x10
1 of my main problems is not working legs hard enough. Decided to push it today. Was not an endurance session, but focused on power. warmed up with 135 and 205. never squat more than 245x2 so i decided to do a single of 250. Got it pretty easy. Would have loved to get 300 lmao, but I fear I was being a bit ambitious. I got half way down and chickened out. Felt heavy as ****. dropped 2 25's and repped 250 for the first time ever for 5 reps. I'm very happy with this!. then did 10 reps of 205. The last 205 set I really felt the burn.

I like to spend a little bit longer working up to my 1rm, and start a lot lower in weight.
Usually with just the bar at first.
Everyone works a bit differently, but I feel like it helps to give your joints a chance to wake up.
Maybe try that the next time you max?
Damn forgot to mention one other thing. Seems as though my aggression has skyrocketed just in the last 3-4 days. I've been getting pissed and irritated much easier.

SO PUMPED. Feeling great. I'm going to try for 250 bench on thurs. Tomorrow I will be getting some deads in, and then weds is the last day with legs.
I'll try to finish this log with a 250 bench, 300 deadlift, and 300 squat. Even if I don't meet these numbers, this cycle has been amazing.

Got the 300. My pads got a lil shredded! I love it!!!
Ok missed both the 300 squat and 250 bench, but it's all good. Unracking and going down controlled for both was cake. Made it half way up on both as well and got stuck. I'll aim to have them dominated by end of pct.
