Fenugreek & Tribulus PCT dosage recommendations?

Hey guys,

I did some searching on the PCT forums and have not found any threads with recommended dosages on these two libido enhancers.

If someone could recommend good dosages over a 6 week PCT I would really appreciate it! I'm very concerned over my libido being down this PCT!

Should I taper them or take the same amount for the whole 6 weeks?

I would start at 1g/d the first week and ramp it up to 3-4g (adding 500-1000mg/d each week).
w1=1g, w2=1.5g .......

Maca and Horney goad weed can also be good for libido. But taking all these herbs during same PCT is maybe overkill. I would select two or at most 3. Whatever you do keep Fenugreek in. It will serve you more than just for libido issue.
