Depends on how big she is. I had my sister on up to 2 caps w/ breakfast and 1 cap in the afternoon after working up to that, although 1 and 1 would probably be best.
It's all good I'll just feel it out at 2 a day and keep tabs on it. I was just making sure she don't lose that TNA cause I really need those for me LOL. Thank you all for the info
