I am a 36 y/o female, been woking out for years. I am looking for a new edge with adding more lean muscle mass and losing a small layer of fat that I haven't been able to shred (since having two kids). Below are two stacks that I am interested in and any input would be greatly appreciated.

IML Super Epi-Andro Rx
Osta Shred
And an OCT

Primeval Labs Super Rhanderol
Primeval Labs Super Laxo
Primeval Labs Super Cardarine

Thoughts??? Any different suggestions from females? Thanks!

Nor-andro and Epi-andro as a woman???? Why not go the typical Anavar/Clen and throw the ostashred in.. I'm pretty sure everyone suggests against Nor andro and Epi-andro for a woman. Unless you don't care about virilization associated with the use of those compounds in women.
 
I'd opt for nothing hormonal, personally.

I know you said you've been working out for years, but what's your current workout setup looking like (e.g. how many training days, how much resistance training, cardio,etc.)? and is your goal more to add some lean mass or focus on the last bit of fat loss? You can do both (recomp), but if you care more about one over the other, that's where I'd focus and supplementation can follow that path.

What is your current supplementation looking like? and what has been your experience in terms of other supplements you've used? What have you liked / not liked?

Answers to all of that will help give a much better detailed and personally tailored response.

Yea for a female nothing hormonal. I'd start off with some natural anabolics.
 
I agree, but what's good out there right now? Just looking to see what is working for the ladies and what they recommend.

For years I have kept pretty much with the basics, creatine, protein, BCAAs, etc., which have all worked well for me. I do weight training five days a week, and cardio probably 4-5 days a week. I think I would like to focus more of losing the fat, getting ripped down and put the lean mass back on if I lose a lot during a cutting cycle.

IMLs recommended their Ultra-Leaning & Hardening Stack. Sounds good, but I don't know what's quality, and what isn't. I haven't been researching the supplement world for several years, so I haven't kept up with the latest and greatest, and what works. So I am just looking for some go to products from legit companies and actual reviews that work. Everywhere I search I keep seeing "CrazyBulk" supplements, its so bad that I don't have faith in their products. Let me know what you think....thanks!

If you're dead set on a cycle. Anavar/Clen is the best mildest/safest non virilizing stack for a woman.

Well, for women a lot of the current OTC/easily available PH's/DS are not intended for women as their target hormones are very virilizing (Test/DHT). Anavar is very mild in those aspects. So here's what i'd recommend IF you're dead set on a cycle. Ostarine at 10-15mg for 8 weeks is a very safe/ moderate cycle a woman should be able to handle. SARM's are more selective than PH/DS so it should not cause TOO much virilization but side effects are ALWAYS a possibility but SARM's are your safest bet. I believe Focused Nutrition are sponsored here so i can list them, they've been known to have good SARM's and can still be found. Just make sure to grab a cycle support for cardiovascular support ect. Have you read up on the side effects?

I would absolutely stay away from hormonal -- legal or not. Given the success you say you've had with basics so far, I know for sure there is some stuff that will help you out.

Sounds good, depending on what you recommend, I wouldn't mind getting an order placed soon and start.

My wife has ran ostarine at up to 25mg for 8 weeks and liked it, but it's not recommended for women who want to have more children.

Was she running it with anything else. I have a recommended stack by IronMagLabs with Nor Andro (female safe), 5A-Laxogen, 7-Keto, and LeanFuel V2. Just don't know if throwing on some Osta will be too much or not. I need to decide to run it with that stack or run it separate at a later point.

I would suggest against nor Andro, but if you do decide to run that, I'll be very interested to know if you have any virilizing side effects.
She ran the ostarine solo and with follidrone and with DCP. I would also suggest running the nor Andro separate from the osta if you decide to run it. The other stuff is ok with osta. LGD is mild and pretty safe for women too.

Run it on its own to c how your body responds .. 8 week cycle..
U can start at 10mg/day bump it up to 25mg..
If u r currently doing cardio 4-5 times a day ( I recommend 45min, 5 times a week) n u r not dropping weight u need to focus on cleaning up your diet..

Several loggers have mentioned that their wives are now taking it with good success.

And as Midwest recommended, most of the Evomuse products would also be great additions..!

I don't think Magdalena meant it this way, but I would suggest starting at 5-10mg of ostarine, and bumping it 5mg every 7 days until you hit a dose that works for you, in the range of 10-25mg (if you even decide to increase the dosage that is). That's how I run it to prevent side effects.

From what I've read thus far, I would agree. The quick list I tossed up are just all products I've used myself.
 
In my opinion , just an opinion, it is safe to start at 10mg..
It's ostarine, lol, not winstrol, ha ha..

I have come to a decision. I am going to do the SARMs Triple Stack Protocol. After much research, opinions from other users, it sounds like something that would work for me. Any comments from anyone that has used it?
 
For a female, I would mostly stick with the basics. Depending on your goals, you could add a fat burner too. But I would just mainly focus on diet and nutrition.

Make sure you have a good multi vitamin like Orange Triad, protein powder like Select, Cellucor, Animal, etc. Get a good fish oil and pre workout if you think you need it some days in the gym.

Also, I would pick up a quality creatine product like PowerMax XT. You'll get your daily dose of creatine. A daily dose of betanine which improves performance and even body composition, two grams of glycerol which will help with performance and even a pump when you're training. Here is a good read on some benefits of creatine and I will also post the label for PowerMax XT. Currently, Nutriverse has it on sale for the holiday, I will link that too

Like AntM1564 mentioned, diet n nutrition is key.
A good multi, fish oil etc, I also use CLA n L-carnitine all year round..
 
If the triple stack you're referring to is ostarine, andarine (S4), and LGD -- I wouldn't rush into it, personally.

If you're set on something that dabbles into the hormonal line, I'd go with the suggestion of Magdalena and just do the ostarine. It will do plenty on its own.

Also, unless another company is touting that particular name, I'd be hesitant on ordering it (the pricing was/is significantly higher than it could be found elsewhere).
