Hey all, planning to start my partner on a cut. We did bloods this weekend and are planning to use 500mg of metformin and 5mg tadalafil daily. She does at least one hour of cardio per day (usually stair master or elliptical) and lifts for 45-60 min 4-5 days per week.
5'8" 175lbs and roughly 12% body fat
Carbs will be restricted to 70-80g per day. Protein 120-130g per day. Fat as low as possible to hit the above goals.
Have tried Clen and she hates it. Yohimbine doesn't help at all. She says Cardarine makes her hungry and refuses to take that.
I'm sort of out of ideas that aren't going to be androgenic. She's afraid of growing a micro penis.
