Feel awful on epistane

I got two bottles of havoc. This was my first cycle. On the very first day, I felt light headed, dizzy, and had this strange feeling in my head like pressure. I'm assuming this is all from blood pressure, but on the first day? It was pretty intense, enough that it was uncomfortable.

I stopped that day and then a week later decided I'd give it another try. Exactly the same thing. Effects last about 24 hours.

What is going on? Can I expect the same reaction from test?

Have no idea what or why. Too many possibilities. But you know you didn't like it, so you stopped. Probably the best thing you could have done. You should not have anything like this happen on Test.

Need to preload on Hawthorne berry for about 2 weeks before starting havoc. Some prohormones tend to sky rocket your blood pressure immediately.

Theres no need to do that. Some celery seed will do, if its really just BP

Preloading is done because some cycle supports will actually raise bp when you first start taking it. A lot of people don't feel good the first few days on hormones, this is very common. If you really want to give epi another shot, preload your cycle support then jump on the epi. You might have to wait a few days to balance out

If you don't want it any more you could send it to this guy. Lol.
I really doubt that the epi did this to you on one day. Did you do anything out of the normal three day before? drink stress lack of water sleep bad to much caffeine?

How many mg?
I got the same for 3-4 days on 20mg, even pre loading cycle support. Just the way it is. Push thru it, it gets a lot better afterwards. Been on 40mg for a little while now, no issues!

Coq10 doesn't need preloading. Also, add in a test base or you're going to feel tired and ****ty from lack of testosterone

Agreed in test base.
No doesn't need preloading but really benefits to run it 365. Energy for every cell in yo body ;) and promotors hearth health which can be under stress while in cycle

This is odd, since last I checked, red blood cells do not possess mitochondria

It doesn't make the cells produce energy, it provides it itself.

"coenzyme Q-10 has a role in producing ATP, a molecule in body cells that functions like a rechargeable battery in the transfer of energy. Coenzyme Q-10 been tried for treating inherited or acquired disorders that limit energy production in the cells of the body (mitochondrial disorders), and for improving exercise performance"

2a,3a-epithio-placebo-drol-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol does tend to cause sides within hours bro.....

No, it does not "provide energy." It is a cofactor in oxidative phosphorylation, a process unique to mitochondria. You're in over your head ;). You need to read an article in that magazine jbry and eatmoar are referencing

OP: Sounds like a spike in BP. Orals act immediately, so this is very possible for some people.

Since you're asking, it's usually only orals that have such an immediate effect. Oils can/will raise BP but it tends to sneak up on you more. With that being said, orals are notoriously bad for spiking BP, moreso than injectables. There's some good advice in here about BP support supps.

Also, your natural test prodution will not shutdown after 1 day, or even 1 week of use with Epistane. It will happen gradually over time while using, on a sliding scale.

Someone mentioned celery seed extract in here as well. I think that's a good one. I'm not too familiar with supplements for BP. I actually posted a thread about this issue here. There were a handful of supplement stacks mentioned for blood pressure/ cardiovascular support, as well as talk about over the counter (prescriptions) for people who already have high BP:
