Hoping to get some feedback guys. I decided not to post this in my progress pics thread so that hopefully I can get a few more views and opinions. So, apologies for that.
After my initial weight loss two years ago, the most lagging group I have is chest (and it really bothers me. I have a diagnosis of BDD over it.) This is kind of hard for me, but I want a hard honest opinion(s) since I do not see changes myself. Have I made progress over the last 4 months? I have been working hard on my chest and my working weights and max's have gone up quite a bit - something around 25% higher since last fall.
This is 4 months progress. My weight in these pics is within 1 pound of identical. What changes to you see, if any, and what area of the group should I focus on to make improvements? (What looks like gyno is loose skin, BTW)
