Eminem is always good. "Not Afraid" can always get me to pull my head out of my ass.

I just started listening to Suicidal Tendencies radio on Pandora. Talk about rockin! It plays all the good old Metallica, iron maiden, sabbath, Danzig, and Anthrax!!

The last Hatebreed album is pretty sick. Also some Mastodon, Machinehead, Mushroomhead (not the last album), and my personal favorite Tool. But Tool is better for martial arts in my opinion.

also, Steroid Control Act that's in Congress has been officially overturned, details inside ^_^ Thanks 2 everybody, some of the above mentioned music helped me focus throughout the whole thing and kept my mood leveled, great stuff guys! (and gals) keep on keepin' on~~~~~~~~~~~/.

I keep going back to Ozzy and Black Label Society radio on pandora. Can't go wrong with good old school Megadeath too!
