1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese small curd

1 container of yoplait yogurt various flavor

2 cups milk

3 TBSP peanut butter

1 banana

Chocolate nesquick

any other goodies I find that I think would taste good :)

you can also through a scoop of powder protein or im sure a raw egg or two in, but im not into the raw egg thing

This makes a pretty delicious fruity/peanutbutterchocolate smoothie type drink. My fave with my breakfast or PWO meal

When I clicked on here I thought I was going to see more replies and recipes....anyway..
Mine is just a scoop or two of whey, 3 table spoons, sometimes oatmeal varietys most time maple brown and honey..

Sounds good dude! yea back when I made this I though it would probably really take off.. and nothing. Oh well.

wow that looks like a very nice shake. The most I have done is just

protein powder
milk
banana
peanut butter

The only time I have for shakes really is before I leave for work in the am, I dont get home untill 8.30 pm not really thinking a badass shake like what you posted would be a good idea. I want to see about bringing getting another mixer deal to leave at work.

Thanks man, and yea thats still good, haha. The oatmeal idea is good too.

My current Fall/Winter Favorite:

1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
1/4 cup Organic Pumpkin
1/4tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (heaping)
1.5 scoop Trutein Vanilla

Pumpkin pie.....DELICIOUS!

That actually sounds kinda good.. hahha

The pumpkin one is very good. I use basically the same recipe, but add a packet of Truvia and a graham cracker.

Here's one of my favorites...I call it the post-workout Super Slurpee!!

I use a hand mixer...

1.5 to 2 cups ice
1 scoop whey
1 scoop waxy maize
1/2 scoop powdered Gatorade
1/2 scoop dextrose
1 packet Hawaiian Punch Singles to Go (sugar free)
5 grams creatine
3 grams beta alanine
add water and blend

You can make any flavor, just use the same Gatorade and Hawaiian Punch. I alternate between orange, fruit punch, and "berry blue"

1 cup of whole milk or chocolate milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein from TruNutrition (nobody is even remotely close to as good tasting as their powder is)
1 scoop maltodextrin
half a frozen banana
2 spoons of PB

yummy..... so nice and tasty after a workout. I will only use their powder as not only is it high quality but it actually taste like chocolate to me, I've tried so many and others all have that fake workout cocoa taste to me if you know what I mean.
