It can be an intra-workout product, post-workout product, or anything that you feel helps with your overall recovery rate. Just state why it is your favorite in the category

Personally, I feel like my recovery is always best when I have bcaa's during, myogenix aftershock post-workout, and when I'm on a natural test booster. Definitely notice a difference when I'm on or off some sort of natural test booster

Cool Down, hands down. I took the beta samples and holy crap, i could go train for another hour if i wanted to. its gonna b a staple for me once its out :D

That's sweet! I can't wait.

Call me simple.

Sleep

Bcaa, BA, creatine. Give it 4-6 weeks and I can train for hours a day and not get sore.

LCLT is good as well

I don't take in as much protein as a lot of other guys do, so BCAAs help my recovery a bit. Obviously a T booster will help as well. I don't know whether it was placebo, but when i took Ergogenix's AfterMath for 20 workouts, i could have sworn i had better recovery.

VPX NO-Synthesize has worked awesome for me post workout. Def notice a difference in recovery with that taken immediately PWO. I also take EAA's intra.

Blue GrowtH

A GH booster + sleep aid
I don't feel like I can train at the level I do without getting seriously knocked out for the night, plus I've noticed my recovery time goes WAY down when I use it.

Sleep if def most important, I got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, now wear a cpap and my lifts are 100% if not more, different!

Got that right... great story. Further makes me know why sleep is essential to recovery.

Train > Diet > Sleep <--- the 3 building blocks to making gains in the gym

Xtend-intra
I was taking Monster Amino and liked it for post but they took out the waxy maize so I'm not sure if I wanna get anymore.
And of course protein.

What's the ETA for this? I've used Lit Up for months now (one of the few pre-WOs I've used multiple times) and want to try this with it.

My staples for recovery are:
MAP/iBCAA
High-dose fish oil
Magnesium

I'll occasionally throw in a GH booster for sleep and EndoAmp during increased training loads.
