I mixed opinions about if natural whole food multis is better than regular but since I'm looking for a new multi, why not try a "natural".

I tried Adam and Alive before, I'm leaning towards Adam again since Alive gave me trouble peeing, never understood why it did that?

What other natural multis is good that you guys used?

The above looks interesting. I've never really had anyone ask me about a natural multi. I typically just use orange triad or animal pak.

I use Swanson's Whole food based multi. There are plenty better multi options out there, but theirs is pretty damn good for the price.

+1 It's like $8 and is good enough IMO.

New Chapter Mykind Organics Men's Multivitamin...but it's not cheap (the reason I stopped buying it).

Methyl vs. Cyano B-12?

MyKind Organics from GoL is alright. You can actually chew on them.

Just bought Animal Pak for the first time in years yesterday

Idk if you can consider multi vitamins natural... To me the natural thing would be eating properly to get all the nessesary nutrients from foods.

As far as supplements,

Piping rock green multi is very affordable and has a good profile, same with Swanson's whole food multi. One of my favorite multis has been source naturals life force, and although I haven't tried it yet thier green multi life force version looks really good also.
