Just recently got an order from nutraplanet and my bottle of supercissus had no outter seal and the inner foil seal was half missing when i took the top off. I contacted nutraplanet about a replacement or a credit, they gladly told me to ship the product back to them for a credit. So now i have to go out of my way to try and send your product back to them at my expense. Which may be weeks becasue i work six days a week and nobody is open on Sundays.
Anyway you guys could ship me a replacement for the product? I will gladly send this bottle back if you would include a return label in the package. This is about the 8th bottle of this product i have purchased along with numerous other products by your company. Also im just curious why you no longer use the quality seals that were on previous products i have used by your company?
