Anyone tried "carving board" chicken and turkey?

Sodium is a bit high but its makes for an easy eat through out the day....

About $4 for a package equals around 45g of protein.

My thoughts on that are just bake some chicken with some seasoning on it and slice that **** yourself. You know me tho;) I still used sliced turkey at times.
