The info is kinda sketchy from what I saw, you have commissary in prison and you can buy extra food if you want. My bro in law just got out after a 3+ year stretch and will be my new lifting partner soon. He is jacked as hell from it, no supps, just food and lifting. He's gonna blow up once I get him on the Purus arsenal. I can't believe he tries to use this as proof that training is more important than diet.

Have to admit prisoners get jacked & they don't seem to eat a lot of food, let alone quality calories & protein.

I think the dude wants us to buy into his secret treasure trove of fitness information that we know nothing about. Because it's all about commissary and food in prison, guaranteed that any big guy in prison either buys food from the commissary, or is eating like 10 other mafukers lunches everyday. Prison isn't some magic place where people get jacked because of their amazing routines and don't have to properly diet. If that was the case the same thing would happen with everyone. It's simple, in prison people work out and get focused on it, they eat as much food as they can find and they don't stop (there isn't anything else to do) also the amount of time they spend is a factor. Someone who has lifted in prison for 3 years has still lifted 3 years straight and is gonna be big. Plus the bigger you get the more dudes want to give you their lunch.
 
Eat...lift...sleep Then repeat for how ever many years you are in the pen. Biggest cortisol event is worrying about picking up the bar of soap. Pretty anabolic environment right there.

For sure, I've actually seen that vid too, It's an Annual Prison Powerlifting competition so all those guys are like the strongest guys in that prison too. It's strange to me that stronglifts.com would try to play on that like they had the prisoners secret and you could have it too for a low price of 9.99/ month. I thought that website was a lot more legit than that.
