Hah, my entire family lives in Cooper City. We grew up in Miami but got out of dodge when the boat lift came ashore. I blew town after Andrew came thru and destroyed my house. No natural disasters out here in AZ.

Yea it makes me feel silly because to shorter men I'm not lifting heavy at all. Well when I see you short ****ers squat I'm like "O RLY? TRY GOING TWICE AS FAR!" lol... thank you man means a lot
It actually got EASIER the heavier I went in terms of getting low. Inner hips started to open up nicely as the previous weighted reps loosened me up.THank you sir. I was afraid you guys were going to say I wasn't deep enough. You should see my front squats lol!

Agreed. Clean city downtown though. Cleaner than some places I've been. Went to Louisville for my bachelor party. Now THERE is one fun city!

Well I was also only about 16 before he passed so there wasn't much for me to do besides play Brickles on his old ass Macintosh lol.
Yea kinda depends on what parts you go to. Outside of Indy there are some nice places. It was awesome when the Superbowl was hosted here. That was about as cool as we got
