i work nights also for 8months out of the year.

They have one called the 6 pack that holds 6. a firefighter out here uses it for contest prep. Its bad ass for sure, his was 100 bucks tho so free is pretty legit ; )

Didn't get that red today, It was the niacin in Purple wraath I'm almost sure. I'm out of it now, which is kinda sad. I'm using this tub of AEN intrabolic that I won on facebook, wilberry punch flavor. Please guys don't buy AEN intrabolic wildberry punch flavor. It is so gross, it makes me sick to my stomach in the gym and I normally pour 3/4 of it out after my workout. It's a good company but they gotta fix that sh1t. It seriously tastes like someone regurgitated wildberry twizzlers into my intra.
