That dude lifts at my gym!!! He rows like a buck fifty. I think one day he might really hurt himself doing it because its like a squat, convulsive, jerking motion

ouch! but no. i stick to DB rows to prevent any more stress on the back after deadlifts. rarely do i do BB rows. lol

I had an aunt with a speech impediment who used to tell her kid to go hide his face but it came out as "Go hida Doe Face" funny as sh1t. Not that speech impediments are funny but just sayin
