Fat loss

I know this belongs in the 'weight loss' section, but the memebers who post there do not seem to have the nutrional and exercise exeprience that you guys do here.

So here is my question

What methods would you reocmmend for HIIT (interval training) if I cannot run (ITB syndrome) and cannot access a gym of any kind (take way too long to get there in morning)?

I need something as intense as a full-on sprint...withotu actually sprinting or involving impact on my knees at all. Any ideas?

If you can't run and can't go to the gym you've got an uphill battle.

You could get yourself a stationary bike or rowing machine.

How old r u? I need to acess your target heart rate. I hate the treadmill but I do prefer the elliptical machine or recumbent bike for sprint type exercises.

I am 27

I have had great success getting down to 7% bodyfat before, when I had the ability to sprint, but now I feel kinda lost

Start slow and work your way up to the higher numbers. When you start reaching the higher numbers, try to stay in that range for 3-5 minutes if u can.

You can even alternate between machines. I move from the elliptical to the treadmill to the stair master (I catch my breath in between). It's brutal. I use JP8 and it helps with endurance.

The recumbent bike is your best option though.
