Fat loss wheels in motion..Need more...Advice?

I have searched this forum up and down and have asked many questions to people locally. I am currently trying to drop a ton of weight so I can be 230-235 by September. I dropped from 342 to 284, but that took almost a year. I now work out 5 days a week and im destined NOT to fail. I am trying to drop the weight so come September I'll be ready for the police academy. I do believe that genetics play a role in my body size, but im not settling for that. I am also not going to lean on supplements...I just want that extra, yanno?

Currently...I am on the EC stack and I drink a whey shake every morning with 1 percent milk. I hear about fish oil pills, but dont understand the benefit? I drink around 1.5 gallons of water a day, and I dont eat sweets, fast food, or drink soda.

Are there any supps you guys can think of?
 
Fish oil contains essential fats that most people don't get enough of on a daily basis. It also helps lube your joints. Helps a lot if you are lifting weights and have sore joints.

EC will certainly be helpful for giving you a boost of energy and fat loss. Another great fat loss product that I love is called X-Force. It really helps enhance my mood and provides great fat loss results.

As long as you are eating the right kind foods, in the right balance I'm sure that you will lose that fat quickly, even without the assistance of any fat burner. They really are not necessary for someone your size.
 
Now that you mention it...my joints have been something of concern as of late. I thank you for your response!!!
