Fat loss insan1ty with Sup3r-11 and Ignit3

Today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 170.9 pounds
Aria Bodyfat %: 20.6%

I have to get back in the habit of taking my waste - I think subconsciously I'm avoiding it after thanksgiving.

Slept like crap last night. Was in and out of sleep constantly. Just don't feel very rested today. Running on ephedrine/caffeine and I actually think higher doses of 11-KT are giving me some energy. I'm actually feeling more alpha now that I've increased the dose to 500 mg. Only, laying in bed last night, I started thinking as I tried to fall asleep....what would 700 mg be like? So...I'm going to try that for a while. I've got bottles of it and it's probably going to go bad if I let it sit around, right? :)

Not sure what happened last night, but I REALLY felt like lifting weights as I was failing at falling asleep. At one point I woke up and my lats felt completely pumped. As I've said, the higher dose of 11-KT has me recovering fast, but I woke up feeling just a very little bit stiff all over....but I'm good now. Looking forward to working out tonight.

Is that 11KT Spray? If so, how many squirts are you doing now?

PS: I hate restless nights.

That's disgusting! Why would you want to take your waste? And where would you take it?

I am using Sup3r-11 by OL. The NI product looks interesting and there is some theory that the delivery system is superior (so you don't need as much 11-KT) but I've never used it. Sup3r-11 is dosed at 250 mg/day for 30 days in a bottle, which is a good dose considering the expense of the product.

What I did is I had part of a bottle left and added that to a new bottle for a total of 140 ml of Sup3r-11. I added 15 ml of DMSO, 15 ml of 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and 10 ml of Isopropyl Myristate to this batch. That gave me 180 ml, with 140 ml of that being S11. S11 has 62.5 mg/ml X 140 = 8,750 mg total in the solution. The new solution is 180 ml, so 8750/180 = 48.6 mg/ml. I'm taking 5 ml three times a day starting today = 729.17 mg/day. Will keep that up for a couple weeks to compare to 500 mg and see if it's worth staying at for the last 2 weeks. I'm measuring with an oral syringe, so I'm not using the pump....

That's disgusting! Why would you want to take your waste? And where would you take it?

LMAO - see, no sleep!! Are you saying that spelling IS important? It can actually change the meaning of your massage? <----see what I did?

I just went back to page 2....mind blowing! Congratulations, you are looking ripped mate!

OUTSTANDING HIT4ME!!!!!
Your transformation is breath taking! Time for a lean bulk, IMHO!

Thank you sir. Those photos are actually good shots and I am flexed. I don't look quite that lean for real yet. I am hoping the last 10 pounds will do it...but it has been hard to shake.

I took a page out of your book and strategically placed my hand in front of my flabby lower abs ...there is a big pouch of fat there any I can grab an entire handful of still. Also, I am flexed in those photos....every other photo involves no flexing at all.

I am getting ready to bulk and I am actually, secretly hoping that the high dose Sup3r-11 is going to bulk me up a little while I lose the last 10 or so. ...we will see. I do feel like I am getting stronger...benching 215 for 4 is a PR for me.

Thank you sir! I didn't have much choice...everyone here just carried me while I just went through the motions. Made it much easier. Still have a long way to go...but I am happy with the progress and hope to keep it up!

First of all, WOW! Amazing work on the fat loss.

Second, at the weights you're lifting, I don't understand how you're not pumped like Arnold.

Great job! You need to post some Before/After comparisons, soon. Amazing progress!

Your tummy reminds me of this:

Thank you sir! Appreciate the compliment. I am a small guy and I am not lifting all the much...my upper body is weak but I have pretty strong numbers on the lower body for my weight. There are so many people on here that do amazing things though....like muscleupcrohn ...doing pull ups with 135 pounds.

Oh, Kaprice - just so you know you are one of my biggest motivators. Always great debating things with you and getting different perspectives, and your mentality actually fuels me for the long term (even though my approach is crazy and short term a lot)

Hit, I saw you tried to PM me and my inbox was full. I just cleared it out.

Yeah, you motivate me, too. I can't believe how much weight you've lost. Close to 100 pounds since you started, no?

See, I'm good for some value lessons! Damnit!

I gave you reps ...so that was the PM.

When I started in 2013 I don't even know what I weighed. After a couple months of working out I weighed myself and was 293. I am sure I was over 300 at some point. I got to 245-255 just working out and then in the beginning g of 2015 I started the PSMF, got to 178 and then gained back about 37 pounds with old habits. I believe when I started this log I was about 210-215.

I was probably one of the fattest people on this board...only 5'8'' and over 300...and when I initially worked out my bf% I figured I had about 120 pounds of lean mass at that point, maybe 125.

Are. You. Fuggin. Kidding me? Hily crap!!! I just went back and saw your starting pics, I am no longer allowed to be considered as one of YOUR motivators, as you have just moved into hero status with me!!! Your a d@mn rockstar for sure brother

I appreciate that brother, but you are motivation to me! It isn't about where you are, it is about where you are going. It is about the work you do today. We are all in the same stream, going through the same stuff, learning from and motivating each other.

You are a hard worker my man. The hard workers on here motivate me because they get what they want in life.

Plus, having said that, where you are is much further than me in regards to strength and size.

Thank you. Strength and size isnt my issue. Everyone talks about how big I would LOOK at 200 compared to my 218, and thats what I want. Funny thing, it has been and continues to be the hardest fight Ive ever fought. Youve won that battle and now you're just standing over top of it and smashing its face in. Amazing

I have been fighting this battle for 3 years, and it has been long and hard and it isn't over yet. Those photos are good, but I am still near 20% body fat. I am looking forward to a bulk but I am seeing that I am right on the verge of being able to SEE the moment I gain fat because I lose definition...if I flex my abs and can't see them, I know I gained and it only takes a couple pounds right now to take away those abs. I think being able to judge those fat levels visually will help in a bulk.

I also think a huge part of the battle is becoming honest with yourself about how much you need to lose. You have accepted the truth that you should be around 200 - but it is tempting to just want to ignore the fat and say you are closer than you really are. You don't fool yourself and I really appreciate that...it took me a LONG time to admit to myself that I was actually just a small guy in a fat guys body and I wasn't as big as simple always wanted to believe. When I started this journey I remember thinking that I could just pack on 40 pounds of muscle as simple lost the weight and come in suddenly ripped at 180-185. I am at about 170 in those photos and I still have fat to lose in reality.

But I am happy that I am close...I wonder if 10 pounds will do it, but given this feedback I am thinking I am closer than I thought

Absolutely amazing! I think 10lbs should do it but I'm not sure how lean you're aiming for. Might be a bit more if you don't lose pure fat. Hopefully the sup3r-11 helps you there.

Thanks brother! I hope the S11 proves to be anabolic at higher doses and actually builds some muscle, even in the caloric deficit. And yeah, it's hard to say - my scale is still showing around 20% bodyfat, which means I will be above 10% even at 160. It's a little depressing, but I think somewhere between 155-160 will be REALLY close to 10% if not 10%.

Today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 170.2 pounds
Aria Bodyfat %: 19.4%
Waist: 36.25"

Today and tomorrow are off. I had a little bit of sleeplessness last night. I woke up around 1:30 and my feet were itching like crazy. This happens to me sometimes, I think it's just a nervous thing of some sort that makes me itch for no reason. But given that I've had 2 nights of less than optimal sleep that coincides with my 2 days of 700 mg of 11-KT, I'm wondering if something is going on there. Maybe I need to dose more in the day and less at night.

I've been doing 5 ml around 7:30 AM, 5 ml around 2-4 PM, and 5 ml around 9-11 PM. Maybe I should do, say, 7 ml in the AM, 5 afternoon, and 3 in the evening or something. Will give it a couple more days and adjust if it keeps up.

I just went back to page 2....mind blowing! Congratulations, you are looking ripped mate!

lol, I think BennyMagoo79 may have had a joke here that went over ALL of our heads. Page 2 definitely has some good photos. Not sure if that was intentional, haha.

Actually, I noticed the same thing and was going to post about it but decided not to. :)

Yeah, I found YOUR pictures on page ONE.

Haha no I was referring to post #20, which is 2nd page for me (I am using the mobile app).

ahhh, ok, well, I still don't look as good as post #50.

I wouldn't trust the scale for an accurate goal weight based on bodyfat. I think we are all guilty of underestimating bodyfat. It really became obvious to me how lean single digit really is when I befriended a physique competitor that steps on stage around 145 @ 5'8. Granted he is completely shredded, it really put into perspective about how much I overestimated my lean mass and underestimated my bodyfat at the time. Regardless, you WILL look great at 160. The transformation is already unbelievable. BTW, where are you measuring your waist? It's not absolute but I'd guess you'd want to aim around 30 at the navel.

Ummmm, what?

I washed this through my universal translator and it came up with this:

Lmao. Awesome. It's legal in a lot of States now.

Great. Now Im even more confused. I didnt go to college guys, barely made it out of high school!!!! Youre just picking on me now

Lol, I don't know if I just misinterpreted the post...but equations have two sides.

No math for this guy. Accept calculation on fire flow and pump discharge and thats just because ive been using the same numbers for years.

You are allowing the jibberish to overwhelm you. Look at the bottom right corner.... = 420

BTW - today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 171.4 pounds
Aria Bodyfat %: 20.3%
Waist: 36.5"

As Rand0m mentioned - I think we all over estimate our lean mass. I think it is tough to really estimate lean mass, but we also tend to just want to believe what we have to in order to feel OK. It took me a long time to accept that I wasn't going to be 180 @ 10% bodyfat (unless I hopped on some juice). At least not anytime soon.

I'm hoping 155-160 will get me near 10% but maybe not. Either way, that's my goal and whatever I am at, I'm going to take a break at that weight and focus on building some lean mass - and I mean lean mass. My diet is going to be relatively strict 85% of the time and my plan will be to be JUST above maintenance. I'm not sure if I should have a 30" waist - I'm measuring at my belly button around the widest part of my abdomen - but I was thinking 32" is probably what 10% will look like. Still, hard to believe that 10-15 pounds will knock off around 4" of waistline, but we will see.

I may be naïve, but I also think a lot of people use a bulk to justify over eating. To steal some thoughts from Mike Mentzer - if you plan on gaining 10 pounds of solid muscle a year (which is optimistic), and the typical pound of muscle contains approx. 125 grams of protein - that's 500 calories X 10 = 5,000 calories of protein PER YEAR that is needed. Sure, there's some metabolic overhead, so double that, or even triple it - and you're talking 1,250 calores/month needed, or less than 45 calories extra per day above TDEE. And of course, this is tripling the calculation. In other words, taking in around 100 calories/day over TDEE should be sufficient for a lean bulk and even that may be over eating.

Of course these estimates may actually seem conservative at first glance, but I would be THRILLED to gain 10 pounds of muscle in a year; of course steroids change this - not claiming to be natural since I'm on 11-KT and used T3 - but not exactly hitting androgen receptors hard either. Gaining 10 pounds, in reality, is optimistic. And then I'm taking that optimistism and tripling the caloric intake needed to 45 cals per day, and then doubling that to 100 cals/day.

Well, I certainly don't want to discourage you from your goals, but I think you'd look a LOT better if you started bulking up on muscle rather than get to a scrawny looking 160.

In fact, I'm starting to think I was right all along and that your extended ultra low cal diet has cannibalized some of your muscle in addition to fat loss. Honestly, at the weights your lifting, it seems to me your muscles should be much more pronounced.

To build muscle doesn't require a massive excess in calories -- 300 to 500 surplus is all you need for bulking. More than that and it goes to fat.

BTW, have you ever had a DEXA scan?

They're pretty cheap and is a pretty accurate indication of lean body mass.

Ä￾úng thông tin mình cần , Ä‘ang tìm kiếm bữa giá»￾ mÃ* chưa thấy

It's the full name of a new designer steroid, also called "chưa thấy" for short.
Problem is, when you ask the store clerk for it, carefully forming the word with your mouth while making funny faces, you'll bite your tongue while blowing snot bubbles.

FWIW, I think HIT4ME hardly looks scrawny. The latest pics really show some definition. There's something to be said for cutting down to the bottom and then building on top of that base.

Personally, I prefer to try and balance it into a recomp where I'm adding muscle, which in turn burns more fat. Just more my cup of tea.

HIT4ME Im tracking now. Never was a "420" kinda guy so even though I saw it, it didn't register. Lol. Remember, my dad was a cop who oversaw everything I did and I graduated high school and went to the military. I was so sheltered
