Fat loss insan1ty with Sup3r-11 and Ignit3

Awesome work. Keep it going.

Wow! You're totally transforming! VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Thank you both! I am actually pretty shocked at the difference in the last 2 weeks. I was looking back a couple days ago and realized that I hit a low of 176.5 on August 5th - and then spent the next 2 weeks between that and 180 pounds. I've just now hit the 175 mark as a new low yesterday and then this morning I was 176 - so basically over 2 weeks I've lost 1.5 pounds or less - but the difference in the photos seems to be much more than that. I thought I'd hit a plateau again, but I guess not. Like KAPrice and HGP were saying, the scale doesn't tell the entire story.

HIT4ME, You are Killing the word fat, and I am so Impress!! Awesome Work here!

Thank you sir! It seems like such a long process. When I think I can get somewhere in 3 weeks, it takes 5 - but that's OK. Better to get their late then to never get there! I think this is the leanest I've been in almost 20 years, easy. I've always been chubby, even when I worked out as a teenager. I am not sure if I've ever had abs.

Honestly, I really mean it when I say I owe a lot to you guys on this board. I get more support online than in real life! Everyone in my family is overweight, most of my friends are somewhat overweight, and my gf is really the best support I have and she isn't into workout out at all, haha. If it weren't for you guys on here, I KNOW I would have tossed it in around 185 pounds for sure, because things have definitely been harder in the second half and I know I have to just keep going. And then seeing other people coming up behind me like KAPrice, doing in 4 weeks what took me 8-10 weeks, and looking at guys like you, BEAST73 and hairygrandpa, bighulksmash, NoAddedHmones and so many others on here....it tells me I can get there if I just keep going and gives me more to strive for.

For the first time in my life, I'm gonna have abs - not kinda, but full on.

Yesterday was pretty good diet wise, but I had a pulled back muscle so I've been holding off on my workout. I will be back at it tonight.

Today's weigh in:
Bodyweight: 176.5
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.25"

Again, the weight going up. If I was just going by the scale I would really be wondering what was going on. I am glad I took the photos because the last two weeks I've felt like I stalled and made no progress and it seems that the photos show a different story.

Looking at your pictures, l see muscle gain.

I guess it must be. Just not sure how that works, haha, but not complaining. Sup3r-PCT and Nolva are the most anabolic things I'm using. Beyond that, DCP, Brite, IDL's fat burner I wouldn't think would do it.

Oh, I am using Exotherm too, which is an AI fat burner. Still, thrilled if I am actually gaining muscle while cutting up. My strength has been holding up, maybe creeping upward just a little.

I weigh 234, but I look 245.. Lol

Haha, I am noticing that now that I am finally starting to reveal the muscle under the fat, I think I look a little bigger just because of the increased definition. My arms have lost 3 inches since I was 250, but they were all fat before and didn't look big at all. It just goes to show that it is a lot of illusion and being lean is a huge part of the battle.

You may be right, I have been considering some changes. I should be doing a high carb refeed (about 300 grams carbs) once per week, but I've been hesitant because I've been cheating a bit and having a refeed and a cheat per week seems like it may hinder progress...but that's what Lyle Macdonald suggests so I should probably do it. It may be good to increase protein just a little more and bump calories up to what you are suggesting. Now that I am a bit leaner, things do change I know.

Bump up slowly keeping an eye on appearance

Don't want to be a debbie downer but it'd be a miracle if it was muscle. Especially in that short amount of time on 800 cals. If it was I want on that stack asap. Weight loss is not linear, especially day to day and when you get leaner. It's fat loss that matters and your pictures prove your progress.

HIT4ME you have me worried. I hope your "break" will not end in a 10k calorie/day binge for the rest of the year...

Will need a status report ASAP.

The weight gain can be due to how much protein you have. At a certain point too much protein can throw you out of ketosis from what I've read and since you're only eating protein maybe you gain a tone of water weight due to having that compound that throws people out of ketosis become active but this is just my theory off the top of my head.

Yes, I think I am going to take Beast's advice and bump to 1000-1100 and see how that goes. It may be enough to get me going again...I feel like I've become low-intensity in life and I probably just got used to that being on the liw cals.

Not a downer at all. A realist. I agree too - 800 calories isn't something that makes it easy to build muscle. I think the definition improvemeny of the fat loss makes me just look bigger/better .

Im in for this since I'm starting PSMF. :) Amazing results you are having here..

Welcome aboard man! Did you read Lyle's book? Have you done this before? Where are you coming from and where are you trying to go? Let me know if I can help at all.

Lol, thanks HGP. Funny, I was just talking about bumping calories a bit, not taking a break. I had a cheat on Monday night and was tracking for about 1000 calories yesterday but I've had so much work this week that it was 9 pm and I was exhausted and needed dinner and forgot to thaw chicken ....so I got a pizza with my gf. A good carb cheat. Then I had a lunch meeting today with an old friend I haven't seen in a while and got a burger. I figure I will have a cheat tonight too and that will be it for the cheating until next Wed....which is my bday and will probably be epic. It's the end of summer so I am going to enjoy it a little. But I actually feel really full. Not eating like that for a while....you get used to being lighter feeling.

Today I weighed in at 180.5 and the scale said 22% bodyfat. Didn't take my waist. I am sure that is a glycogen jump ...but I feel fatter.

Yeah...I haven't been in ketosis at all this entire time. When I am on this diet I can piss all over a keto stick and it doesn't even change color. The protein and I think the splenda in my coffee throws it off.

Ah, here you are! Seemed you were gone for a eternity.

Stick to your goals and stop the cheating , puzzy! LOL

HIT4ME only u know how well your doing . God bless you for keeping in line !!!! Great job . Rice cakes are awesome tooo

You guys help keep me straight and focused. You have no idea how much it helps to have you guys on here. I could easily fall off and never get back on. I know what matters is getting back on though and you guys help a ton.

Yes, increasing your calories sounds like a good call to me, too. As you know, the periodic cheats are helpful, physiologically as well as psychologically -- as long as they don't derail you.

Btw you definitely held on to a good amount of muscle and loss a great amount of fat! Keep going man!

hairygrandpa - it was like...36 hours. I feel good that I was missed!
bighulksmash - see man? How can I get out of line with guys like HGP shipping g me into shape. I guess if I had his special carb bread instead of a pizza it would be ok. The puzzy isn't even working out with real weights right now and he is talking smack. It's ok though, cuz he is old.

Yeah, Lyle suggests a full diet break at periodic intervals...I think he suggests a week or two...but I like three day breaks and I am sure I will out a bit back on but then it comes off easier. Plus, it shows me that when I carb up after I hit my goal, I will probably gain 4-5 pounds right quick, so a carb depleted 160 isn't the 160 I am looking for. May have yo touch 156-156 and then carb up.

Most likely the Splenda, I know that's not good when doing no carb diets.

Yeah...you are right...splenda is a no-no to some degree, but I am a wimp. Haha. I've cut it back to about 3 packs of splenda a day plus whatever is in my crystal light and protein shakes. Ketosis isn't really the goal in a PSMF, if it was I've been failing the entire time.

Btw you definitely held on to a good amount of muscle and loss a great amount of fat! Keep going man!

Thanks man! Like I've said from the beginning, I don't think everyone should do what I do, but I hope that this log gives others some motivation to try new things and not worry about the beliefs of others. Standard practice would have you believe this is a recipe for poor health and muscle wasting. I am sure I've lost some....but it hasn't been as dramatic as I would have feared.

Granted, I wonder if I am a bit of a hard case after having been day all my life....maybe I have to be a little more extreme than some others to get results.

Lol, great, I made an old Fugger cry.

You remind me of a Halloween when I decorated my house for all the kids in the neighborhood. I had black lights and graves and I set up a couple of crank ghosts in the woods with black lights to make them glow (look up crank ghosts....they are freaky and move and look like they are just floating in the air).

Anyway, the fog machine I had was actually fogging out the entire neighborhood. This family, two parents a young boy and his little sister, come up to the door and I give them a bunch of candy and the parents are like...THIS is where all this fog is coming from. Then the little girl turns around as they are about to leave, and sees the crank ghost (which she walked within 5 feet of coming up the driveway but must have been paying attention to other stuff), stops, points at it and just busts out crying. I felt so bad.

Then I decided some year I am going to make a teenage cry like that...that would be an achievement. Little girls...not so much. I felt so horrible

But I don't feel bad about you HGP. You can take it.

You don't gain 4-5 pounds of fat over night. That weight is going to be some combination of undigested food (such as still in the intestines), water retention, and glycogen filling up the muscle fibers.

Nah, it's fat. No need to down play it.
It's fat and he knows exactly how it got there.

Yeah, in order to gain 4 pounds of fat I'd have to eat at least 14,000 calories above my TDEE and I kind of doubt I ate that much in all 3 days. Pretty much my cheats were a fisherman's platter (fried), a piece of cheesecake, a small pizza, a bacon cheeseburger, and Chinese food and a few cookies. I doubt all that even totals 9,000 calories. I will say, yesterday, the morning after the pizza, those carbs left me feeling REALLY full and bloated.

At any rate, it was a good amount of junk food in a short period and I'm sick of it now. I kind of new it was coming up because I had a lunch meeting with an old friend at a place that had really good burgers, and a busy week work wise that I am still trying to get through, and I like to make excuses so I fell off the wagon. But it's a good mental break, physiological break, and hopefully the carbs get my fat loss going again. It is kind of like you say about being able to eat what you want vs. going back to your old habits. It's good to take a break, but those old habits just don't feel good anymore to be honest. I enjoy it, but I get over it in about 3 days.

Keep it up brother!! u have really leaned out man!!

Thank you sir! I still have a long way to go. I'm into the toughest 20 pounds. Let me know how your run with the DCP goes. Like I said before - I was actually a little disappointed with the DCP after 3 weeks. My weight wasn't budging at all it seemed. Then I took those photos and the DCP was the biggest change in that timeframe...the progress, IMO, is the best 2 weeks I've ever had.

Nah, it's fat. No need to down play it.

Yeah, you're probably right. I'm fat. I have always been fat. I will always be fat. I just can't stop stuffing my face. Fat. Bast@rd.

Anyway, today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 181.5 pounds
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.75"

Still feeling a bit bloated. I'm sure I gained a little fat, I mean, I was over eating a bit, but I'm back at it now. I am going to start aiming for 1,000-1,100 calories/day and see how that works out. Same basic ideas though, as much protein as I can squeeze into that.

HIT4ME, clear your PM's please, I bet it's full of explicit pornographic conversations with other males...

At 1100 cal You will feel better and have more Energy.

I hope so. Maybe I can get some intensity back in the gym :) No more of this half SSEd BS.

KILLIN IT

Thanks man! I am watching you - I want to see you huge and ripped! Piano - style!

HIT4ME, clear your PM's please, I bet it's full of explicit pornographic conversations with other males...

Yeah, you got me. That's what I'm here for. You're just jealous cuz you think I'm cheating on you big guy.

All set.

Ok guys, so, I've gone through my Sup3r-PCT, my Nolva and a bottle of Exotherm (working on my second bottle). I just got my Evomuse Supernova in the mail. So really, my stack has changed to:

DCP, Brite, IDL's fat burner (stuff lasts forever at 1 pill a day), Supernova and about 2-3 more weeks of exotherm.

Thinking, it may be time to move this to a new log? What say you? The last 4 weeks went fast.

It's it possible to change thread titles? On the other hand maybe it's time for new one. The last handful of posts got weird :)

lol - I may be able to change titles, but....for future folks who may be looking for 11-KT information or Ignit3 info, I thought the title should remain. Not sure what to do.

HIT4ME, be aware after losing so much weight your daily caloric needs go down too. You could very well get fat now on only 1800 kcal, when before your allowance was at 2500 kcal/day.
I know you know it, just making sure you know.

Only when you have some muscles on your frail body you are allowed to eat a bit more. :)

Today I am back on. Around 1 I had a bag of beef jerky (100/13g) and a muscle milk pro (200/40 g). This afternoon I had a scoop of Select cafe (100/20 g) tonight I have had 8 oz of fish and a bag of broccoli (300/40 g). I am going to have a half pack of sugar free pudding with a scoop of modern protein later tonight. (180/25).

This puts me at 880 calories and 138 g protein. I may throw in 100 calories of cheese sticks after or something to get cals up a little more.

I have been busy working and this week I have had no time to workout. Will probably be able to get back working out tomorrow night.

Thanks again guys.

Today's morning weigh in:

Bodyweight: 178.5 pounds
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%

I forgot to measure my waist. Oops.

I applied the SN yesterday when I got it, because I couldn't wait, and felt a very mild tingling sensation. Last night, before bed, I decided to do it again - this time the icy/hot sensation was much more pronounced. This morning, I took my DCP, Brite, and some Alphaburn and then applied the Exotherm to my shoulders and Supernova to my abdomen, sides, lower back. Within minutes the icy/hot sensation was pretty intense - much more pronounced than yesterday. After a little bit, I was sweating and cold all at the same time. Almost like the hot and cold you get when you have the flu. The stuff is strong in combination.
