Oh ha!! I make it work. I train everyday. Luckily my kids love the gym so they come with for 2 hours of it. My husband loves to lift too so we do it together If you want something bad enough, you'll find a way to make it work.
Thank you. I try. I am up to 60's on db presses but I need a spot hand them to me. I never kick em up anymore since my surgery. Don't wanna end up back there.
