Hey all im new here hope this is in the right section.Just wondering do fat stripping tablets work? If so what are some of the good ones? I am currently jut using an abs workout and also using resistance bands doing running and cycling aswell and carry a little fat round my stomach and want to burn that quickly. Cheers hope to hear soon.

They do , but if you are starting, please look into your diet first, your training program and polish it for at least some months. No supplement will take effect (any important one of that matter) on someone whose starting, if you post up your diet and training program in the Nutrition and Training sections I'm sure me and other guys can help you out to start achieving your goals. This is my usual preaching but no one can tell me its not true:

-1st comes the diet.
-Then comes the training.
-Then resting

Finally after some experience on this, you can start looking into supplements, as for now, nothing , yes NOTHING will yield better results than those 3 past steps. Welcome to AM.

Awesome thanks for the positive response, I have starting running and cycling as I want to burn fat as the only area I really can notice it is round my ab area my tops abs are noticeable, what would you recommend to get rid of it?

Nutrition, and resistance training. It is a mistake people often make to think they should only train one part of the human body. For one aspect of the body to improve THE WHOLE body must be trained and conditioned. As for abs and seeing definition, we should get into the specifics of Cutting and Recomping, as you have to have already BUILT the abdominal muscles to see them well defined once you cut out the fat. And since your main concern is fat loss, lets not bring Bulking in then.

Now ABS are built in the kitchen and FORGED at the gym. Like I said before, a proper nutrition is key to do this, if you could tell us your stats, current diet, and usual workout habits, I'm sure we can pitch in some advice to get you started.

I'm 25 5'10 and weigh about 12 stone not much fat just a little over abs when sat down lol I eat fairly healthy I think but I started properly today as following my whole day ( sorry to bore you all )

Woke up had a glass of water.
Bowl of Alpen muesli
Went for a 2.7 mile bike ride
Had glass of water and an apple
Went for a mile run
Had more water
Did shoulders with resistance bands
Did a ab workout that's on the iPhone(felt good)
Had bacon roll (grilled cut all fat off)
About 4 hours later had a chicken brest sandwich went for another mile bike ride. Another apple
Done ab workout again
Bowl of museli again.
Now drinking water

Hope this helps I don't want to become huge as I'm in security and would like to keep my speed and nimble factors as I don't have the frame to look bulky or huge. Thanks for the help guys really appreciate it!!!

Read up on the basics of nutrition and get to understand the macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates and protein). That is hands down the most important thing I can tell you. Supplements are only going to help a little and should be brought in after diet and training are perfected.

They do, but not in the way that you're thinking. No pill that I'm aware, on it's own, can strip fat from the body. From my perspective, they are a few that create an optimal environment for that to occur, namely products like Alpha-T2, or Dexaprine V2, which can be taken precardio/preworkout that create that favorable environment. But just taking a pill, will do nothing on it's own, without proper diet/program, at least based on my own past experiences.

^^^^^^ What MWB said is quite correct, you need to polish that diet and learn the importants of macronutrients, hop in the nutriton forum and read the stickies, you need to start tracking Macros , kCalories consumed and kCalories Burned a day. So do some research there, its all in the nutrition forum, once you get it started cough up a diet and then we can tell you how you are doing on concepts, for now and to give you a hint, start by looking for kCalories in grams of Protein/Fat/Carbs and set a goal for yourself from there, there are usual rules of thumb you'll find, for cutting/bulking/recomp them, analyze them and make them FIT YOU not everyone is the same...And for an example on diets google is your friend (for research of the aforementioned and this too) look up Intermitent Fasting, Carb Cycling, Keto diets, and Paleo diets, there are more , there are variations, mix between them, find one that you can adapt to your lifestyle.

Borderline is, homework:
Research How to calculate your calories per day (Hint: Its your BMR times an activity multiplier , it will yield your TDEE- Total day energy expenditure)

Find out Macronutrient Caloric Weight and IMPORTANCE for the body, there are essential figures for health and optimal nutrition

Adapt Macro's into your kCalorie expenditure to: a) Create a deficit (for far loss) b)Create a surplus (gain weight) c)Maintenance level (same weight, but the ability to change body composition with certain approaches)

Now off you go, google and the search feature here are wating :3!

Sweet cheers mate I will start looking into it and go from there try working out what's best suited for me! Thanks loads for your help and knowledge!

Anytime mate , it might seem like a lot but its hella easy once you start, and it is quite fun to start tinkering your diet, its the one thing that helps you manipulate your body composition in the long run , its all about kCals and Macros :3!
