Caffeine pills or coffee a few times a day whichever you prefer.
That is a CHEAP stack and everything is scientifically proven to work, not just some bullshit "super" fat burner, which 90% of them have these ingredients plus a bunch of crap that you don't need (proprietary ingredients)
Maybe look into Yohimbe, I've heard it's good but never tried it, or obviously if you can obtain some ephedra/caffeine those are the ultimate.
If you eat clean, do moderate cardio and use the stack above I GUARANTEE you will shed pounds with the quickness.
