OK OK OK I KNOW your going to say Diet 1st & Exercise ARE the #1 fat burner or thermogenic.
HOWEVER using the above listed methods i have successfully lost well over 120 pounds and gained some what i believe to be pretty impressive muscle to boot.
Here is my question. AT 42 years old 5-9 tall and 219 pounds I'm Stuck cant seem to lose those last 30 pounds to save my life!!!!!!
Can you recommend a fat burner to help with this. Any and all input would be appreciated.
