OK OK OK I KNOW your going to say Diet 1st & Exercise ARE the #1 fat burner or thermogenic.
HOWEVER using the above listed methods i have successfully lost well over 120 pounds and gained some what i believe to be pretty impressive muscle to boot.
Here is my question. AT 42 years old 5-9 tall and 219 pounds I'm Stuck cant seem to lose those last 30 pounds to save my life!!!!!!
Can you recommend a fat burner to help with this. Any and all input would be appreciated.
Thanks SHANE.

There are a myriad of options on the market... some of mine (and the forum) favorites:

Stimmed - PES Norcodrene/Alphamine, Lipomorph

Non-Stim - SNS Lean Edge, PES Shift, bulk forskolin, SNS Thyrocaps, SNS bulk Synephrine

you can stack a stim and non throughout the day too.

Some other things to consider:

If you've been cutting for a long time and/or have stubborn fat to lose, cortisol/stress can play a big factor - SNS Reduce xt is pretty much the gold standard in this category.

The one other thing is potentially taking a diet break for a bit. Give your metabolism a chance to rev back up. You may gain a lb or two in the short term, but in the long run it could help get your metabolism back to full speed.

Welcome to the forum

Nutra Innovations Burn Xtreme- logs are up and positive feed back on this great product

Not a fat burner per se, but definitely helps you cut up by reducing cortisol

Welcome to the forums!
I would personally recommend a couple of fat burners and will break it down by section:

Stimmed (with caffeine and stimulants):
OxyMax Xt (Performax Labs) - contains studied dosage of F95 to help retain muscle mass and up ampk on a caloric deficit, includes a good amount of caffeine to wake you up and raise rmr slightly, PEA extracts for mood boosting benefits, amentoflavone to aid in fat loss, and an extract of alpha-yohimbine. Here's a nice writeup on it Invalid Link Removed

Ignit3 (Olympus labs) - solid fat burner that uses some unconventional ingredients but is also effective. Writeup: Invalid Link Removed

Unstimmed (no caffeine):
TA2-Max (Performax Labs) - basic alpha yohimbine ingredient that is a great addition if you decide to build your own stack. Granted this can cause some people slight stimulant effects
Any EvoMuse product basically, their mostly stim free, expecially the topicals like Eviscerate and Absolutely Abliderate
LipoMorph (Anteus Labs) - uses baiba and other nontraditional ingredients to help you lose fat

Lots of great suggestions above. If you feel like you've stalled, taking a diet break would definitely be beneficial for you. Increase calories to maintenance for a week or two and allow your body to balance itself out. Over time, the body begins to fight fat loss and hormone levels can make it impossible to break through plateaus. A diet break would be a huge help IMO.

As far as supplements go, the advice above is spot on. I personally recommend the EC stack and Oxymax XT. EC will be a very high stim option, but it's very effective. I personally enjoy Oxymax XT for the added mental focus and improved mood while dieting

Favorites are Lean EFX, HydroxyElite, and Phenadrine. Also a scoop of Level 2 makes cardio a super sweat adventure.

Plenty of good options offered. Before recommending other options, how low are your calories and how long have you been dieting continuously?

If you've been restricting cals for an extended period of time, try eating for a week or two at maintenance to give your osu a break from stress o being in a caloric deficit. Afterwards, then resume you're dieting and reassess your TDEE.

Now some options to help with fat loss and appetite suppression:

Dexaprine (if you're a DMAA fan)
Lean EFX
Alphamine

I like 7.5 mg of yohimbine with caffeine for fasted cardio. Look into Follidrone 2.0. There's some great logs were guys are loosing crazy fat and increasing lifts. I tried it but started getting really dehydrated and light headed, though I think it interacted with some prescription meds I'm on. I did see some leaning out though. Alphamax XT is another good option... Or straight forskolin

Invictus is a great option! Many of the things we do to lose weight causes cortisol to spike. Low carb diets are terrible for cortisol, stimulants are terrible for cortisol, excessive training is terrible for cortisol. If cortisol is high, it's nearly impossible to lose more fat.

If you're stuck, it very possible this is because cortisol levels are too high. Invictus can likely help reduce cortisol, allowing you to push further in your goals.

Agreed. I've actually noticed more fat loss when I don't have too much caffeine in the system (pretty sensitive to it). Personally I believe it is because my stress hormones get Jacked up too much on it. Coffee seems to be OK for me though
