I read through the whole first page and then got to ancy to read the rest hahaa... but my input is the following;
I training fasted with the exception of Craze preworkout and my pre/intra/post slam drink is 2 scoops xtend, extra 2.5g Leucine, and a half scoop of evolution x10 which basically just adds a bit of creatine and another 5g of Bcaas (got it for 10 bucks at supplement warehosue on a closeout)
I continue to increase weight every week on my exercises with the exception of I think Incline BB hasnt gone up much in the last 2 weeks but thats because I essentially am going to failure on every set, even if some think this is overtraining... I still am seeing my numbers going up and I've managed to put .25" or a little more on my bi's in the last 3 weeks and see my upperbody bulk up and thats in a calorie deficit most days and definitely leaning out.
I highly suggest fasted training, especially if you are trying to lean out. If you were going all out bulk or anything I would probably suggest something else.
