Fasted training

I read through the whole first page and then got to ancy to read the rest hahaa... but my input is the following;

I training fasted with the exception of Craze preworkout and my pre/intra/post slam drink is 2 scoops xtend, extra 2.5g Leucine, and a half scoop of evolution x10 which basically just adds a bit of creatine and another 5g of Bcaas (got it for 10 bucks at supplement warehosue on a closeout)

I continue to increase weight every week on my exercises with the exception of I think Incline BB hasnt gone up much in the last 2 weeks but thats because I essentially am going to failure on every set, even if some think this is overtraining... I still am seeing my numbers going up and I've managed to put .25" or a little more on my bi's in the last 3 weeks and see my upperbody bulk up and thats in a calorie deficit most days and definitely leaning out.

I highly suggest fasted training, especially if you are trying to lean out. If you were going all out bulk or anything I would probably suggest something else.
 
Just looking for feedback concerning training on an empty stomach. I train around 345am and only consume black coffee before I train. Am I limiting gains?

I would say yes, possibly.
EAT SOMTHING!
even just a banana and 5-10g BCAA's in water or juice

Get it. I like it.

Though I have heard that it may compete for certain receptor or transporters that ingredients in craze use. That is why the formulator took it out. Just though I'd add that in. Other times of the day though you can still benefit from it.

Do you think it's okay to dose with my bcaa pre workout? Then another dose with my afternoon protein shake?
 
Bout to get on the bulk beta alanine bandwagon also.....
pritty cheap and it will helo, but takes a few weeks ot notice the enurance
the tingling will be noticed rigth awy ,

modern bcaa either flavor plus tropical fruit punch jacked has been mine.
 
45 mins pre, mcc, caffeine, beta alaine. I wanna try agmatine but people say they respond better with carbs.

750mg of agmatine pre wo has blown away any NO sup ive ever taken...and ive tried a fair share of em. Carbs increase the effect for me but i perfer not to use em pre wo. Pump gets to crazy and actually restricts range of motion and begins to cause pain when i add carbs in.
