Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 3 x 10
Incline Bench Press: 3 x 10 (superset)
Seated Rows: 3 x 10
Cable Flyes: 3 x 10 (superset)
Close Grip Pull Ups 3 x 10
Decline Sit Ups - 4 x 25
Thoughts - When I weigh myself in the morning after I take care of my business I am up 3lbs. Not great but not bad. I also appear to be leaning out and my waist is getting smaller as demonstrated by me having to tighten my belt. Appetite has been out of control the past couple of days and all I do is fantasize about food. No more lethargy but my libido is shot. No other sides to speak of, no back pumps, no gyno (everyone gets gyno according to bb.com) and everything is progressing nicely. Hopefully the next couple of weeks I am going to see some good gains.
