farting to much.. nasty

yo what the deal with this... it's getting out of control amd it don't smell like roses... my girl getting sick of it.. he'll me too... I wake up in my sleep by my farts.. just getting old, I thought it would pass by so my body cam adjust to all the protein and carbs, but got damn it's bad...

any suggestions to make this agony go away.. I work in a small office and you can't imagine the death smell in here!!
 
hell i love my farts and dam proud of them too.... unless I am in a crowed theater and then its just funny as hell lol

Maybe I am just one nasty sob though haha

make sure you're not taking in too much protein and then get some yogurt or kefir.
 
I was hitting 1000 lbs on the leg press the other day and as soon as I got the weight up I let a giant one rip, got like 5 peoples attention.. So in a way I feel your pain about bad gas..

I have been taking super enzymes and adding some plain organic yogurt to one of my shakes a day.. Does the trick!
